I clean my stove after every use, but still some spots are very hard to keep polished clean. Also when using the dual mode ring, it heats up the outer ring even though I’m only using the inner ring.

I was not informed nor made aware it was a 2022 model. However, it has already operated to produce a defect in one of the heating elements by not regulating temperature. Although, I think a newer model should replace this recent purchased older model.
