Great choice as the controls are metal and not aluminum which has a tendency to melt or scratch! The 5 burners are ideal for cooking for family and friends

Works great, looks great, and easy to use. The middle burner is awesome for boiling water or cooking something fast.

The grates are sturdy and make a stable cooking space. The five burners work well. I like the look of the black and stainless. I have two small negative comments. It is hard to see the tiny red marks on the shiny silver knobs that control the gas to each burner and the ends of the grates are solid so it is difficult to view the height of the flame as a confirmation that burners are lit. Overall, we like the cooktop.

Being that my other appliances were Kitchenaid, I opted for this cooktop. Overall I'm satisfied with it. The center burner is huge and much appreciated for boiling water. My only gripe is that the knobs are a bit wobbly, and the lettering is hard to read.

I am giving a follow up after owning this cooktop for 3 years. We remodeled for potential resale and have kept our new appliance purchases in immaculate condition. We also used the approved cleaning products to maintain this cooktop. Just a warning because this is not a cheap cooktop, so do your research...spend a little more and don't purchase this cooktop. Each individual item is cheaply made. The only quality part of this cooktop is the knobs. The knob bezels are plastic and the "stainless" paint has already started flaking off. The stainless top is cheap and leaves what I would describe as water marks. The burner bases turned to a flat matte finish the very first time they were cleaned. The burner grates are losing the black finish. I didn't even know that was possible. Even more frustrating than this cheaply made product, is that you can not contact anyone in warranty to help you. The only person who will answer is when you try to "purchase" a replacement part. I have sent emails and called countless times. When I do get a person, they tell me I need to contact the warranty department. Then, I go through the entire process again. My suggestion, move on, as Kitchen Aid has been a huge disappointment and we won't be purchasing any KA appliances in our future build.

I recently had my old cook top go bad and needed a new one. The previous one came with the home when I bought it. I always hated it but it worked. A friend of mine had a really nice kitchen aid so I decided to check them out. I'm very impressed with the looks and functionality. The knobs are in a much better location than my old one and the 5th burner is the best for large soup pots. I absolutely love it and my wife is ecstatic with it. Great purchase.

I purchased this to replace an ancient Jenn-air that was in our new home. We had gas pipes into the kitchen for it. It looks great and the grates are nice and solid. I sort of wish we had space for a 36 in top, but given the size, we can fit a lot on this cooktop. We are particularly impressed with it having five rather than four burners. One star off because its a pain to clean (stainless steel take a lot of elbow grease to clean) and because I've seen more powerful burners in other cooktops. I think they were much more expensive so I do think this one is a great value.

The burners are great. I got the 30” because of my counter space. It is tight on the burners when using multiple pans at once. I shift them around to accommodate. It was a toss up to get the 36”. But over all, works great, love the look, heats fast.

We love having 5 burners in the same space we previously had only 4. The center burner is great to have for boiling larger pots of water in a hurry. Our installer who is an independent contractor said this was one of the nicest counter range tops he has seen. We have truly enjoyed the speed we can cook at as well as the low to high temp range available with each burner. We are most satisfied with our purchase.

I recently updated my kitchen and replaced 20 year old cooktop with this Kitchenaid and couldn’t be happier with my decision. It’s only a 30” unit but has 5 nice sized burners to use where previously only had 4.

This is an excellent cooktop! The burners are beautifully set up in the steel base which is easy to clean.

Plenty of space. I can have multiple pots on burners at the same time. It's a little right but works. Great power levels. Grates sit on easy and clean up easy. The buttons are very sensitive is the only negative I have.

This was a replacement for a GE CGP350SETSS which had a host of issues, including plastic knobs that broke after 30 days, etc... The KitchenAid is much better. It has steel knobs, and a simple, easy to use design. It also seems to be a bit easier to clean than the GE. So far, we are quite satisfied.

Great stove! The Stove is well made, easy to easy and clean. It has been about three months since we bought, and so far we have been very happy with this product.

Originally bought the 36 inch top online but it didn't fit so I had to downsize to the 30 inch. Bestbuy processed return in store they did charge $150 restocking fee so make sure the cut out dimensions work for your area!! I am still super happy with the 30 inch. That center burner is awesome boils water extremely fast, the clean up is easy, wipes up with no steaks love that!!

The purchase of this item was easy at the Best Buy store. However the product was damaged: (1) there was a dent underneath the top so it didn’t show on the area that is exposed;(2) one of the cast iron grates was broken (it is impossible that this occurred in shipping but had have been sent to Best Buy broken). Fortunately Best Buy had a floor model so I was able to replace the broken grate. One of the employees at the third party shipper actually hung up on my husband when he was asking about the delivery delay. Not good customer service. Otherwise I have no issues with Best Buy. I have been a long time customer.

We ordered this stovetop as a new upgrade when we upgraded countertops. We were using builder grade stovetop for two years before replacement. What a difference! So much more heat. Faster to cook items. Looks great also. Great value!

I was a little apprehensive about buying a gas cooktop. The las gas stove I had smelled of gas when you were cooking. This one does not. I like the five+ burners. It cleans up nicely. I wish I could say it made me a better cook but I think that’s on me.

I’ve never had a gas stove and switched from a smooth top electric. Very happy with the temperature evenness so far. Heats up quickly and looks so professional! The knobs are nice and heavy so I think they will hold up well. Lots of reviews complained about cheap plastic knobs on other brands.
