I mean every time you cook on it you have to literally take it apart and clean every peace separate. Can’t use any chemicals really some parts I believe to be aluminum and easy to scratch.

It not only looks great but also works like a dream. Javier, who helped with our purchase, was very knowledgeable and patient. The process took longer than we expected but we are very happy with the results. Every time we have been to your store the service has been helpful and friendly.

Temperature settings impossible to read

However, the printing around the knobs that indicate the different temperature settings is almost impossible to read. I put in a warranty request with KitchenAid and the replacement part they provided to the service technician is just as unreadable. Looks like a manufacturing defect that affects both the cooktop inventory and the spare parts inventory as well. If I could, I would return this unit and buy a cooktop from a different manufacturer.

The materials used are substantial, and it feels like they will last a very long time. It's the easiest-to-clean gas stove I've ever owned. I'm very impressed and very pleased with this purchase.
