Oven looks good was easy to install and is easy to use. SO far we have had 3 big family events and it was the taslk of the family

Absolutely gorgeous oven, easy to install and highly recommend to anyone, only recommendation I would make is to have a child lock built in, but that’s for all ovens.

I like the appearance but it takes forever to preheat and is very sensitive to touch. If I rub up against it when it's baking, it changes or makes the light turn on. It doesn't hold the heat so I have to let it come up to 350 between batches of cookies.The first time I used it to bake a sheet of bacon, the condensation on the inside of the door leaked onto my wood floors - new oven coming 10/6

Great oven so far. We purchased 3 months ago for a Kansas then renovation and it's been a great oven so far. We did have to adjust to the nuances of this oven compared to an old ge double oven, but once we did it's been a solid oven. Buttons are effortless to operate and simple layout. Glad we made the purchase.

Overall, this is an easy to use, uncomplicated oven. The jury is still out on accuracy of cooking temperature. We find that a number of our old recipes need extra cooking time for comparable results. Still, we haven’t used it daily, so we will be monitoring it in the coming month.

Product is very quiet and heats up fast. Only wish you could adjust the volume of the sound of the setting and timer.

First oven had a dent in the trim right below the clock. It was installed the Sunday before Thanksgiving, so we were able to use it for Thanksgiving dinner and had excellent results. A new oven was installed on December 4 in about half an hour and all is OK now.

Our old oven stopped working and our repairman recommended replacement rather than repair. We purchased the Kitchenaid and couldn’t be more pleased with our new oven. We cook in almost all of our meals and we love how well this one works. We also love the Kitchenaid design, very sleek and clean lines. Best Buy Associates’s installed it and did a great job.

This is a very spacious, solid oven. We don't do a lot of cooking, but we use it weekly to make pizza and often to make cookies and brownies. My only complaint is the lack of a heating element on the bottom. It completely changes my approach to managing which racks to use and how to use them. You will have to go through some trail and error to get it right for you. The look is elegant and sleek. Very functional workhorse.

Replaced a 15year old KitchenAid with this one- mainly because it fit into the wall cutout and also the reviews from Consumer Reports. Preheats quickly, nice sturdy racks, broiler is efficient. So far so good

Replaced 10 year-old wall oven that had keyboard that would not work and could not be repaired. The Kitchenaid oven purchased from Best Buy far exceeds my expectations. Love the roll out racks, the gorgeous blue interior but mostly the performance when I bake. Baked goods seem better looking than previously and also better tasting! So happy that I ordered this oven.

Great and easy to use , beautiful in the kitchen ..

We love this oven with its options for convection or regular baking and broiling. So far it has been terrific. The timer doing automatic shut off after baking completed takes some getting used to but the cooking is very good.

Very happy with my choice and works wonderful. Easy to install too.

This oven is beautiful! It is so quiet and simple to use. The rapid preheat feature is my favorite. Although this is the same size as my old oven (Frigidaire) the use of the interior space is much better.

I have only had my oven for four days but I have used it numerous times already and really like it. It looks nice and is easy to use.

The Kitchen Aid under counter oven seems to work very well. We have not used the convection option yet, but the conventional option cooks evenly, and we have had no problems at all. Easy to use. We especially like the roll out shelf...which can be moved, or interchanged with other shelves.

Unit works well and has a sharp look. Haven't used it to it full potential yet

So far so good. Really like the easy glide rack. My oven came with one, but I will likely order another. The Best Buy installers were very prompt and courteous. Highly recommend.
