So far so good. Really like the easy glide rack. My oven came with one, but I will likely order another. The Best Buy installers were very prompt and courteous. Highly recommend.

I love my new in the wall oven, it has convection and it doesn’t show fingerprints, the interior is a very pretty blue color , I would definitely recommend the KitchenAid brand!

Oven fit really well in opening replaced a 17 year old oven love the convection part bakes & cooks really well. Wife loves it that's all that matters.

We replaced an 18-year old Kitchen Aid oven with a new one. Purchase from Best Buy was easy and install went very well. But, I have just one concern about Kitchen Aid (actually Whirlpool owns KA) as a company. While shopping I noticed a number of online reviews that complained about faults and repairs within a year or two of purchase. And Kitchen Aid's website says that we could purchase a five-year warranty on top of the one year that comes with their products. However, after purchase we discovered that the additional warranty for ovens is only for three years. It seems that even Kitchen Aid is not confident their ovens will last more than three three or four years without repairs. Not smart. Planned obsolescence it seems for a very expensive oven.

Purchased the wall oven and the microwave as 2 separate units, not the combination one. They are sleek, quiet, and versatile, the oven heats up quickly, and the microwave doubles as a convection if needed. They Look too good to cook in.

My wife loves the convection capability. In addition the standard oven bakes very evenly compared to our previous oven which had multiple hot/cold spots.

Beautiful, functional, and it has great features. Many other more "techy" ovens have useless features that most will never use. This oven has usable features like a built in temperature probe to monitor meats, and a pullout shelf that is on rollers so you cant accidentally pull it out too far. Excellent oven.

This oven seems to be the best we can buy, within reason. I give it 4 stars only because, as with every other oven in its price class, it doesn't regulate temperature well. Sadly, I know the technology exists to do that, but all these manufacturers are driven by bottom line and won't build a true quality unit, but are more than happy to charge you over $2000 for one of these. Stuck with that reality, I would recommend this oven over its competitors. it's solid and well built, but you can rest assured it will become a victim of planned obsolecents well before its time!

I am very pleased with my new oven. It bakes very consistently and the temperature is extremely accurate, unlike a previous oven I had that the temperature fluctuated. Very pleased with the features and very easy to use. The glide out rack is great!

We've only had this for about 3 weeks, but so far it seems to be exactly what we were looking for. A simple but robust single wall oven. The controls are very straightforward...not a bunch of complicated bells and whistles. It preheats much quicker than our prior Bosch oven and seems to perform well overall so far. My only criticism is that the timer alarm is pretty quiet and hard to hear if you're in a different room.

This is one beautiful oven! I've had this oven for about 6 weeks. It works well, has wonderful features and the bright blue interior is awesome. The oven has easy move racks that include one on rollers for heavy items, like a turkey.

Oven works great. It was however shipped with a 27 inch vent plate for the bottom and the oven is 30 inches. The installer told me that I would have to contact Kitchenaid myself to get the right part. I called and spent 45 minutes on hold waiting for someone. Then they told me it might take some time to get it. I called back a month later and was told that the shooting in Indianapolis FEDEX was holding up all shipments. Have no idea when I might gat the correct vent plate.

Excellent oven, easy to use and program. Even baking temp, fast heat up times.

It looks great and functions great. Bought 2 of this model for my kitchen. The blue interior and stainless steel door with large handle were selling points for me. Love the large glass window where I can see how the baking is going.

I can not believe how quickly the oven bakes. It cooks so quietly I had to watch it to make sure it was working. If you use the meat probe to roast it tells you what time it should be done to your taste. So happy with my new oven.

Clean lines in design and easy to ready control panel are top call outs The blue ceramic interior finish is a nice feature...better the the old gray. Really like the covered lower heating coils...no more burned spills.
