We have owned this oven for a few years and have used the self clean feature about 3-4 times. This weekend we used it and it got so hot that it started to burn our cabinets around the oven. It shut down and now it doesn't work at all. Called Kitchen Aid and after going through their automated answering service I was told that someone who'd be with me in 63 minutes! I also tried Live Chat but that was 35 minutes! Terrible customer service! We have researched this and found that a lot of people have had this experience!

Wanted another Kitchenaid and found one through Best Buy. Easy to install. The price was excellent. Only negative thing was no installation or operating papers with it because it was an open box item.
