Solid product. No problems installing and very clean look.

Purchased this shortly before I put my house up for sale. I wish I could have brought it with me because it is the most excellent oven/convect oven/micro I have ever had. Love that you can switch the top from microwave to convection oven in seconds. Very quite cooking, and practically any heat is felt around the door when the oven is in use because it is so well insulated.

Installation was a breeze. Easy yo use. Great quality.

So far so good. Looks great and functionality is as expected from a KitchenAid product. Blued ceramic interior is easy to clean. Touchscreen buttons are intuitive and easy to use.

KitchenAid is one of the best. I love it and I’m so happy with it.

This unit works great. The racks in the oven are easy to adjust and the microwave works great as well This unit cooks much better that our old one. I would recommend this unit.

We had custom cabinets built for a 2007 version of this unit. The microwave started to fall apart so we literally had no choice since few manufacturers build to this size. The unit has worked well for us and has some capabilities we did not have on our 2007 version. It has performed fine and has quality shelves in the lower oven and comes with some additional cooking items. The engineers need to work on the design of this versus the 2007 version. In the new one, you need to use the keypad on the right to make temp/time selections but the controls for both the microwave and the oven are on the left. In some cases, depending on what you are doing, you need go right, left, right, left...the old design had all the controls on the right.

We bought a house that had all original appliances so we decided to upgrade everything. The oven/microwave combo was the first item to be installed. So far, it has worked perfectly.

There are so many great features about this combination. I finally have used everything including the crisp function in the microwave and I love it. The only thing I'm having trouble with, is reaching the back wall of the microwave for cleaning.

We went back and forth on this one for our new home. The choices were a double oven and a separate microwave or this combo oven microwave. We decided the features of this combo unit would best serve our needs and that has proven to be the case. The gas and convection provide great cook options and the microwave is powerful.

When my old oven needed replacing I thought the KitchedAid would be a good product. Several design features leave me less than satisfied. First, the drop-down door on the microwave is ridiculous. If you don't have a pet orangutan to clean it for you, you won't be able to reach the back of the oven for cleaning. Second, the instructions for how to use the micro convection oven are virtually non-existent. I've spent many hours looking for what items you can cook with which utensil. Information is scattered and incomplete. Wouldn't you think a hint of how to bake a frozen pizza in which pan would be among the first things to know. Third, I tried to bake pumpkin bread in the big oven using EasyConvect. After 1 hr and 15 minutes I still had raw dough in the pans. I switched to regular oven and cooked until the bread became too brown, but it still wasn't done. In desperation, I finished it off in the microwave. Amazingly, the bread was pretty good, even if a little dry. Next I used regular bake to cook a homemade lasagna. It worked fine. So after buying a convection component with the microwave, I have yet to find a use for it. The microwave function itself is fine, except for the awkward door. The bottom line: More instructions and/or recipe books to shorten the learning curve on these ovens. Yes, there are a few examples in the on-line manual, and a couple of YouTube videos, but they fall short of giving a new owner the adequate guidance.

It is a great item. I love that it’s very quiet, user friendly, stylish and the microwave and oven combo save so much spare from any kitchen. I’m really happy with the purchase as of now, I’ve only had it a few months.

Bought this unit to replace an old GE unit that was not performing very well. This combo is very easy to use, is much, much quieter than the old GE unit and is extremely attractive.

The oven is great, but BestBuy will not provide the $200 gift card promised in writing.
