We recently purchased this oven and microwave just in time for Thanksgiving. So far everything has been cooked perfectly. It looks great too. We are very pleased with this purchase.

The lighting in the microwave is very weak! There is not enough light to see the inside thus, making it extremely difficult to see when in use. Not sure why this is. We've worked with Customer Service thinking it was a lightbulb issue. However, the bulb was changed and the issue remained the same. It appears to be a manufacuter issue. This may not seem to big issue but shedding light on this can keep things from bubling over. I wish someone could find a solution to this issue. I can't post a photo due to reflection. At this time I would recommend this product but have a flishlight close by when using the microwave.

The convection oven is taking some time to get use too, but we just use the regular bake and broil functions. The (top) Microwave/Oven door was a bit of a change from the conventional and the way it opens is not a problem. After usage, there is a fan that does continue to run to cool the oven. This fan is not loud, maybe 15 to 25 decibels and does not both us when watching TV in the family room 7 feet away. So far it is a great addition to the kitchen, especially since broke down due to heavy usage (thanks pandemic).

Nicely built oven with a microwave that doubles as a convection oven. Very pleased with the purchase. Controls are very intuitive and clear. Looks very nice and built very well.

Very happy with our new Kitchen Aid Electric Convection Oven and Built in Microwave. Looks great and performs great...love the ability for the microwave to also double as a convection oven.

Product was delivered as promised and was priced competitively. The installers were an absolute joke so I simply asked them to leave the product and i installed it myself. I had a much more professional crew install the tv i purchased from Best Buy and it was night and day difference.

Well made, very stylish, will not work with 110 volt need 220-40 volts, needed to run new wiring so will need electrician help.

this is my third one love it. I bought it for the new house we are building.

Still getting use to the convection cooking, but I really enjoy how well it works. The convection microwave is fantastic for reheating food and it does a great job on the crisper setting

Does its job and looks great while doing it. I have not played with all the options that come with the microwave just yet but I'm impressed with the useful options that come included.

Love the microwave/oven combo with just 1 control panel. Everything is working wonderfully so far! The design is sleek and pretty.

After waiting on Home warranty to fix my microwave for more then four months I finally got my new oven . I love it .I will say that the guy Kevin who helped us really knew his stuff, No guess work. Even the guys who installed it were very good.

It is sleek in design and looks really good in our kitchen. We are especially pleased with the many options provided for reheating and or cooking.

The double ovens wall ovens are a beautiful addition to our kitchen remodel. We purchase all Kitchenaid appliances for the totally renovated kitchen space. All of the appliance appear to be high quality appliances. The ovens operate as both a microwave and convection ovens. The lower oven is enormous.

We have converted our whole kitchen to Kitchen Aid. The appliances from KA are fantastic and beautiful! A super bonus that we love is that the oven is also made in USA!

Doesn't cook popcorn. I don't think there's enough wattage. Otherwise, it works and looks awesome.
