Another review stated the popcorn issue, and it had nothing to do with the bag. Oven suggests removing a shelf to decrease preheat time. Really? I'd give anything to have my GE profiles back! Very unsatisfied. We purchased in December. But didn't move in until April. We've had the dance issues ever since.

Kitchen Aid will replace skin. Like it so far, but noticed twice in reheating in microwave my food had a burnt area.

Could not be happier with this purchase. Not only does it look beautiful, but it has so many features. It Cooks evenly, heats well, does not leak excess heat like our old oven. We love it.
