Exactly what we were looking for, super sleek and modern! Works great

Well, it took about a YEAR to come in and a lot of frustration with Best Buy phone communication, but WE LOVE IT! Works great and looks great.

Nice, so far it works good. Just installed it. We had to install it because the people that were suppose to got sick and we couldn't wait 2 more weeks for them.

The team that came to install were true professionals and do d an excellent job fitting this double oven into an existing space that was bigger than what was needed for this double oven. They added a wood strip and made it look very professional.

Works and looks great! Microwave and oven are easy to use.

Easy to use control panel makes cooking effortless

It was great until I used the Self clean option. Something burned. The door jammed and everything stopped working. I had to call the manufacturer directly to claim the warranty. They fixed it and it works fine. I haven't used the Self clean option again.

It fits perfectly as a replacement and also user friendy too

The set looks great and we love the convection oven. The only downside is that the microwave oven “crisping” function doesn’t really work as expected.. ie, not much actually crisping.

We’ve been very happy with our purchase and look forward to more use going forward. Although early, we’ve been impressed with the functionality of both the oven and microwave.

Looks great, and cooks wonderfully. The upper oven/microwave works well as a small second oven when using the convection function. I recommend this oven highly.

Client has not had an opportunity to use this combo so cant complete this survey. The following purchase date does not reflect the install date. Very dissatisfied with the fact that our company tried repeatedly to register our business for resale. Only to be referred to different departments & to people we could not understand. The tax should be removed from this purchase. Now we are told we only had 14 days to register for business. If you can not make this correction ten our business will have to go elsewhere to purchase appliances for all our new construction & remodels.

You can't go wrong with this brand or this product. I purchased an entire kitchen using Kitchenaid appliances. And although pricey, the look and functionality is worth it!

Had it now for 2 years. No problems. Solid performance. Really easy to use even though it has a lot of features. Crisp function is by far my favorite as leftover pizzas come out like new.

Love how user friendly it is! If you’re short like me just make sure to install it at a good height so you can easily reach into it since the door swings out.

We love this product. It's top notch quality and has more bells and wistles than we even expected. looks great and functions perfectly.

So far this oven is great! My daughter loves to bake and she put it through the all weekend after install and all was fantastic!

This is Really high quality Oven and microwave. Works very well, Microwave is very powerful and very easy to use. And top of all it looks great. It changed our kitchen look.

I like being able to cook my bacon in the microwave. If turns out nice. The one thing I don't like is the oven is to loud. It is a little short for my space.
