I’m sure it’s just a learning curve, but switching oven modes during a cook can be a bit tricky, so we just use the app. Christmas we used the oven for prime rib and the oven to roast vegetables oven feature in the microwave part worked great!

I can’t even read the error code because it requires a “code” that isn’t provided… no idea what the failure is because it just says “error: something went wrong and your cooking was canceled”

Nice to have a clock you can see. Max sound is still quiet. Made in Tennessee. Replaced my second Bosch with this. Fingers crossed.

There are a number of features that give you more options than a normal oven. Microwave is very quiet. Very pleased.

Love that you can preheat oven from app, microwave reheat is not as simple as previous 20 year old unit as have to enter volume when heating a cup of coffee and previous just hit beverage and start.

We like the microwave convection combo as the second oven for space saving versatility. Haven’t used the steam bake yet, but excited to try this new oven function

The Installation Team that came out to the house were great and the measurements were spot on.

I HAVE HAD NO LUCK CONTACTING KITCHENAIDE! I HAVE CALLED CUS. SERVCE,BEEN ON HOLD 50 MIN. NO ANSWER. I'VE GONE ON LINE WITH NO SUCCESS. THE CRISPER PAN HAS NOT ARRIVED, NOR HAVE I RECEIVED AN EMAIL AS TO HOW TO GET IT. VERY, VERY DISATISFIED.

I noticed the microwave wasnt very powerful even at 100% serting. Now it wont even heat a cup of easy mac. Tired 3 times at 3.5 min and nothing. No error. Just doesnt heat. Worst purchase ever.
