We had to change ours in our new home as soon as we moved in and this was a huge upgrade! It and the install oven made out outdated kitchen look just a little bit better! Can’t beat the price and quality of this model for sure.

IF I HAD THOUGHT ABOUT THIS I WOULD HAVE GOT THE ONE THAT HAS THE TURN ON/OFF HANDLE ON THE LOWER BOTTON

And it fit in the old location with minor cutout increase leaving our wood counters, drawers & cupboards intact!

The grill top, is massive and you have plenty of room to spread your pots around. My husband calls it my indoor grill. It does come with a grill pan that covers two burners. Just be prepared to lift the lift the grill top with both hands. The installers were expert!

After reviewing multiple stove tops we chose this one because of the two high BTU burners. We are very pleased with our choice and it has been installed about 2 months now.

If Only Total Tech would Install it

Still waiting for Total Tech to install it. Did have an earlier install date but it could not be accommodated. However when call made to customer service to reschedule install - advised now booking for February 2022. Just called my sales representative to see if he can facilitate an earlier date. I suppose I can do a full review after its installed and we can actually use it. I have to wonder if Best Buy over-sold their Total Tech packages and cannot service customers within a reasonable time frame
