easy to clean / love the 5 burners and the downdraft/ easy knob turn on and off

I needed to replace an old JennAir stovetop and had my heart set on this KitchenAid,.... The fantastic installation expert that came and installed my new dishwasher told me exactly how he could make this work for me! I ordered immediately, and requested him to install! Have loved it everytime I have used it so far! Easy clean up too!

Very nice look and feel. The downdraft DOES pull the flame and heat, but there was no other option in my situation.

I think this is a well-made product. My only complaint is that the red lines on the knobs quickly rubbed off.

Great cooktop! I was skeptical about a downdraft cooktop and its effectiveness but it works very efficiently for our kitchen. The burners give off plenty of heat and the design it very nice. If you are considering a downdraft cooktop, you may want to look closely at this one!

Since we were hamstrung by having downdraft venting our kitchen remodel options were limited. This KitchenAid is one of the only downdraft 36" cooktops available. The lack of choice isn't really a problem because this unit is beautiful. It doesn't quite look professional because of the down venting but it looks industrial. The burners are well arranged and the grates are robust to say the least. With only a few options this Kitchenaid is far and away the best choice for a downdraft solution.

Awesome cooktop burners all work as advertised and were set up perfectly could not be happier from lowest simmer to prompt boiling and everything in between. Powerful downdraft works great in our island. And we find it easy to clean!

So far, I love my new cooktop! Compared to my previous one (which was 25 years old), this one is so beautiful, easy to use, responds very well to my cooking needs. It is a nice sleek design and easy to keep clean.

Scratches very easily, downdraft isn't worth the cost.

Unfortunately, very few gas cooktops remain on the market with built-in downdraft. This model remained the only one in stock, and I felt relieved that it works as advertised. I would buy again if I need a replacement.

The cooktop is soooo great! at last I can cook decently on it. It is such a pleasure that I wonder how I could do without it. Install was very professional and quick. Thank you again

This KitchenAid 36" Gas Cooktop has been the best investment i have ever done. We have so much more room to cook multiple items. We dont have to cater things out anymore. This is good for small to big events . Pros: The exhaust on this thing sucks all the bad carbon dioxide. Cons: the nobs get heat up and become non adhesive.

We upgraded our appliances to KitchenAid and we are so glad we did!! I have never had a Cooktop do such a fantastic job. The middle big burner boils water for pasta, etc. so fast and the entire cooktop does a great job of even cooking. The look is clean and husky looking. The only down side is the stainless is easy to keep clean, but scratches easily.

Wonderful five burner gas stove replacement to my old four burner that was the original kitchen appliance. The vent is downward but is much stronger pull than the old model. This model enhanced the appeal of my kitchen. I'm happy about the replacement and wish I updated sooner.

I love the Kitchenaid gas cooktop. We bought it qhen we remodeledour kitchen along with all new kitchenaid appliances. Kitchenaid is a great value. Their appliances are well built and cook well.. This cooktop is also very easy to clean and the included downdraft is very strong and also easy to clean. I highly recommend!

This cooktop top is awesome! So much space for anyone who has many things cooking at once! The size of the grills are perfect! absolutely love this cook top.

I love the extra burner, it’s more quite than my ge profile stove top, and it’s overall appearance has a more elegant look as well.

Great Cooktop! At only 300CFM max it still is able to effectively ventilate any smells from the source. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cooktop with a downdraft.

Cooktop works great and lights easily when turned on. Considering my last cooktop only had two burners and a grill, I am totally loving having 5 burners to easily cook all of my meal at once. Best Buy delivery guys very cooperative and supportive during the installation.
