The cooktop is great - with a perfect mix of burners. There is a melting burner which also has an interchangeable burner top for even lower melting temperature which also works for a low simmer. The downdraft venting is perfect. Highly recommend!

Great range

Better burners, grates, etc. Cooks more evenly than our old range, which wasn't bad either. Can't wait to use the melting mechansim for chocolate. I am very happy with this purchase. Finding someone to install the downdraft fan was a challenge, but that's not an issue regarding the stove.

We have so much more room to cook multiple items. We dont have to cater things out anymore. This is good for small to big events . Pros: The exhaust on this thing sucks all the bad carbon dioxide. Cons: the nobs get heat up and become non adhesive.
