Very versatile downdraft cooktop

Good heat adjustment and strong downdraft fan. Also included is a "melt" pan pad for dispersing heat evenly across a saucepan, so it won't scorch or burn. If you need a downdraft cooktop, I recommend this one.

Great Cooktop!

Compared to my previous one (which was 25 years old), this one is so beautiful, easy to use, responds very well to my cooking needs. It is a nice sleek design and easy to keep clean.

The downdraft unit is powerful. Great quality of material.

Install it yourself

I paid $240 for installation (which is very basic) because I didn't want to fool with it. When they arrived I was told about the "extras". Converting from natural gas to propane was $199.00. Connecting the 6" round downdraft to my 3"x10" exhaust was $125.00. The "trim kit" was $325.00. I declined all these services and did them myself for about $20.00 and 30 minutes labor, not counting the trip to Lowes. But the purpose of the install was so I wouldn't have to. Anyway, seems like a nice cooktop

Only problem for me is that the burner covers vibrate when you walk around the island. A bit annoying but the cooktop performs great.
