Love that the fan isn't loud until it's at its highest speed. Since our cooktop is on an island it also serves as a splash guard to stuff getting on the floor.

The suction is so so, but serves the purpose, but is very expensive for what you get.

We were disappointed because it wasn’t very clear when we purchased it. Kind of a headache.

Had to reschedule install. 2nd install couldn’t happen because trim piece has to be ordered. I find it hard to believe that installers don’t carry trim pieces. So now we are on install #3. This is a crazy way to do business as people are way too busy to wait around THREE times for installers. Please get organized!

Before I can use it, I have callled kitchenaid to get it repaired already. A lemon product.
