Box was in perfect condition but the rear washer had dents on the top. Installed anyway, then when we ran it the back started leaking. Must have gotten dropped before it was packaged. Now waiting for the replacement, disappointing!

Amazing dishwasher so far after 1 month. Cleans well, dries very well, quiet. Tell you every cycle that it is on so you’re not guessing. Has 30% more capacity than two drawer. It really does…like a Tardis…bigger on the inside. Beautiful machine and easy to control. If you want a short cycle 114min, than just uses dough the water, same clean however as long cycle with half the water. Reason not a 5star is no way to adjust door spring tightness on this model when installing.

I ordered a brand new dishwasher and waited for two months to deliver. When we opened the box, it has a lot of scratches on the stainless door surface. And it has water inside of this brand new dishwasher. When we lay it down, the water leaks all over my floor.

Worked great for 3-4 washes before error code "F8" and "E4" failure. Dishwasher tries to turn on, hums and then turns off. Best Buy said we need to contact manufacturer, despite our Geek Squad protection plan and this being a brand new unit. Impossible to get ahold of a real person at Whirlpool, scheduled a repair online but nothing available for weeks. If they cannot repair, we'll return it. Overpriced junk.

This dishwasher is very quiet and lots of room to put everything in. I like the countdown timer function that shows you how much longer until the cycle completes. Dishes have come out clean every time so far. We have used the extra dry function and dishes all come out dry and ready to put away. Installation was very efficient and the team disconnected the old one and took it away with no mess. They opened the new one in front of me and let me inspect it before removing the old one and installing the new one. Very quick and efficient install and on time as well. Actually called the day before and asked if earlier time was better instead of waiting till after lunch. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking for a very quiet dishwasher. We have not tried the short cycle yet and so far the normal wash function takes about 3 hours to run if prodry is selected. This is the first dishwasher we have had that has top buttons on it and I have noticed they are very touch sensitive. We have found that we touch it sometimes by accident loading and unloading it and the lights come on ready to start but you just have to hit cancel. I would recommend this since there is so much space to load things in. We find you have to decide which shelf you want to put stuff on since you have so many options with the top shelf. Our other prior dishwashers only had 2 shelves to use. The top shelf is very high and can’t adjust lower so some oversized mugs are a tight fit. But no worries since you can always put them on the middle shelf which is hight adjustable. Great dishwasher so far overall! Wish we would have purchased it years ago! I hope it holds up to years of use.

I recently purchased the KitchenAid Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Tub in Black Stainless Steel, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This dishwasher has exceeded my expectations in every way. Firstly, the sleek and modern design in black stainless steel adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen. It seamlessly blends with other appliances and enhances the overall aesthetic. The top control panel is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to select the desired settings. The FreeFlex Third Rack is a game-changer, providing extra space for utensils and small items, allowing for more efficient use of the dishwasher's capacity. What truly sets this KitchenAid dishwasher apart is its quiet operation. At just 44dBA, it runs almost silently, making it perfect for use during evenings or when entertaining guests. I appreciate the peace of mind knowing that I can run the dishwasher without it causing any disruptions. In terms of performance, the dishwasher consistently delivers spotless and sparkling clean dishes. The multiple wash cycles cater to different needs, from heavy-duty cleaning to a quick rinse. The dishwasher effectively removes tough stains and residue, leaving dishes and glassware looking brand new. Overall, I highly recommend the KitchenAid Dishwasher to anyone in search of a reliable, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing appliance. It's a fantastic addition to any kitchen, and I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase.

I love this dishwasher. It is so quiet you forget you turned it on. Super clean and DRY dishes. If I had to pick a con, the touch pad is a bit sensitive and turns on when I'm just loading a few dishes. Have to hit stop to get it to turn off. Not a deal breaker at all. Love the top rack. The heating element is hot! Plastic that I used to be able to put on bottom reach in old dishwasher melted in this one. Lesson learned.

Not much else to say... It cleans well. It's superbly quiet. All items on the third rack come out clean. Its very roomy, because the tub is closer to the floor than other dishwashers. We like the timer it has -- we know exactly how long the cycles will run. I'm not sure why in 2020 dishwashers sont simply come with a power cord that can be removed if the unit is to be hardwired. 90%, or more, will be plugged into a wall outlet. Besides this very minor gripe, thd unit gets an A+ from us. My in-laws just bouhht the same unit bases on our recommendation.

Wife said it is awesome. I haven't actually been home when it is running (I don't think). Wife says it is super quiet and with the rinse aid things come out clean and more dry than any dishwasher we have ever owned. I have emptied the dishwasher and I have loaded it. It holds more than the old one and the 3rd top rack is very nice. Not as many utensils fit up there as I expected but that is fine because plenty of room in the rack on the lower shelf. We have not pre-rinsed anything but I also have not challenged it with anything baked on. If I have to soak it and then still use a scrub brush, I would not expect a dishwasher to clean it. I had it expertly installed by BestBuy. They removed the old one and got rid of it. Great product, great service. Happy Customer.

So far, it has performed perfectly! We replaced the previous Kitchenaid with the same style. Our original was about 8 years old. I did not like the longevity of the third rack in the original. The old one was still working. Our water quality is poor and it's performance after cleaning the racks and basket in the bottom was still not washing well. The new third rack design is much better. Everything else looks similar. I am happy with the new version. We'll see how it is in a few years. We are going to use the supplied sample brand of dishwasher detergent exclusively too see if it has any long term improvements washing. The drying cycle seems to be much longer than before. It is very quiet though which is a really nice bonus.

Replaced a Frigidaire dishwasher that just was not doing the greatest job getting the dishes clean or dry. What do I love about this dishwasher? It's quiet, washes great, and leaves no residue. Then there's the ProDry function, which uses both heat and a fan to really get the dishes dry including the baby bottles and other plastic storage containers. I was surprised how much I like the third rack. There is a ton of space for dishes, pans and utensils. It was only a little on sale when I purchased it, but it's worth every penny. It was a tight fit, so make sure to measure your space before purchasing.

Wanted this higher end model as we currently have the lower priced model and it cleans just fine and is super quiet. Thought purchasing the higher priced model with more jets would allow it to clean better. I was wrong. We have had it for a little more than 3 weeks. While it is quiet, it isn't any different than our former model (might be just a little louder, but still very quiet). In fact the older one may clean just a bit better. I believe the fan enabled dry technology is for people like me who think they need to spend a little more to get something better. Was immediately disappointed in how well it cleans. While it may have more jets, they don't appear to be as strong as my trusty 12 year old kitchenaid model. Wish I would have just went with the lower level model and saved the money. Don't think it was worth the extra investment to get this upgraded version. The third row is something my husband and I argued over as well. It is nice to have that third rack for spatulas and smaller items but not necessary. I would still have purchased a kitchenid dishwasher, just wouldn't have spent more money on this model as I think the lower version would have been just fine.

Because my old Bosch dishwasher quit working during the Covid pandemic and going to a store to look around wasn't an option, I was distraught about having to select a new one. After researching online, I felt the KitchenAid with 3 racks would suit my needs. I ordered it sight unseen and it was installed within a week. The price was a little higher than I wanted to go, but I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I can load a whole day of dishes into it without fumbling around to find one more spot for the last dish. I use the ProWash and ProDry cycles and the dishes come out sparkling clean and completely dry. I feel like this is finally a product designed to do what it is supposed to do: make washing dishes a luxury and not an aggravating chore. It is also very quiet.

This dishwasher is well built and holds a lot. It cleans the dishes well without having to completely rinse before loading. The pro clean and pro dry cycle at just under 3 hours is longer than my 10-yr old Jenn-Air model I replaced. The top rack is deeper and more versatile than the Bosch I was considering, but it’s not as quiet as my neighbors Bosch. Overall, I’m quite pleased with this purchase as the workmanship and capacity were my top criteria. Would be 4 stars if it was just a bit quieter.

The first time in my life I have gotten to purchase a dishwasher and not put up with what came with the house! I researched all brands and found this one. Top of the line, excellent choice for those looking for style, and most importantly, function! The three racks are actually useful instead of one slim utensil only rack on top. The third rack is of a drop down design and hold mugs and cups and small low profile dishes like salsa or dip dishes on half the rack and the other half is for utensils only. I love this feature, as it opens up the middle rack for more items and the lower rack fits all your plates and silverware. There is a quick wash feature that runs in a little over an hour and that is the cycle we use, as I rinse before placing in the dishes. We can go three days before running the dishwasher as it hold so much more than any dishwasher I have ever owned. This model is touted as one of the largest capacity on the market. Oh and did I mention it is so quiet (44 dcb) that you cannot hear it running. I have to put my ear up to it to make sure it is starting! I love the top control look which can be reached even when closed and the handy towel bar keeps a towel right next to my sink. There is absolutely nothing I don't love about this appliance!

This dishwasher has a great third shelf that is perfect for glasses and other small items. You can fit a huge amount of dishes, pots, pans, and other large items in it. It cleans well and the dishes are dry when the cycle is finished. Most plastic items dry although it does depend on how you load them. Sometimes the lips hold water. It is very quiet and being able to delay the cycle is an energy saver
