This works like a charm! We upgraded after our last one died. It’s super quiet and never leaves a dirty dish behind!

Very nice dishwasher. Has a very usable third rack. Takes me much longer to get enough dishes into it to run as that third rack was designed to really hold stuff. Excellent excellent job drying the dishes. Tops of cups, plastics with the ridge all come out dry. Does an excellent cleaning job and it’s very quiet.

I selected this dishwasher from Kitchen Aid (Model:KDTM604KPS SKU:6398729) because of Consumer Report reviews, as well as multiple online and Best Buy review sources. So far, it has worked well. There came a time when I thought there was something wrong because the soap door/dispenser did not close. The true problem was the hard water in my area. I ran a dishwasher tablet cleaning and issue resolved. The dishwasher cleans well, and I even bought a second one for an additional property home. The exterior is easier to clean than previous stainless steel appliances.

Works well. Quiet. I have not decided whether I like the silverware caddy as it takes time to shove each individual spoon or fork into the little slots. I probably am not as fussy as folks who do not want their forks touching. Also, you then must touch the forks, etc. by the tines …which does not seem so sanitary. Suggestions?

Excellent dishwasher. Finally stemware comes out without a ring. Very quiet operation. Love upper third tray where bowls and cups easily fit. I wish it had more plastic holders for stemware and not just 3.

The cleaning performance is very good, whie the drying performance has been excellent so far. We really like the design and functionality of the racks (better than Bosch in our opinion). One of the most convenient features is the display that shows the remaining time. There's no WiFi on this model, we like that fact that one doesn't have to go into the app searching for settings!

Dishes come out clean & dry, which I'm not use to from old dishwasher. Dishwasher is very quiet at 44 dBA! LOVE the 3 level racks & adjustable 2nd level rack! This was an Open Box buy. I installed on 1/12/21 & ran a small load same night. Following morning there was a pool of water on floor. I inspected fittings for water spigots to/from dishwasher on 1/18 & ran another small load for same result. I noticed water residue on what appears to be motor housing. I called KitchenAid warranty dept. to come determine where leak is & repair it on 1/27. We'll see how this warranty repair visit goes. Final product review to come. Stay tuned! LOL

Very helpful professional sales people. Accurate and quick installation. Dishwasher is extremely quiet. Very efficient, easy to program, Easy to load and unload. Produces clean, dry dishes. Third rack is very helpful and convenient.

The kitchenaid dishwasher definitely is living up to our expectations. It is quiet and cleans the dishes much better than our old dishwasher. The new top rack design leaves more room for dishes and glasses on the other two racks.

Excellent cleaning but takes almost 3 hours on normal. Flatware basket is roomy. Bowls take up a lot of room as most must lay flat when you have lots of plates. Dishes are super clean in comparison with the old washer. Great for small items on third rack that won't fall through.

My real rating would be more like 3.8, only because of the couple of concerns applicable to my kitchen. Others may not have these problems. First the good - The dishwasher is very quiet, washes the dishes very well, looks beautiful. Fair - The Cycles are long in duration. If you open the dishwasher right after the end of the wash/dry cycles, they are always wet enough to need towels to dry them before using. Eventually figured out that the dishes and the dishwasher do come out dry, but I had to let the dishwasher run overnight. Poor - There is no way to turn on only drying mode without turning on the wash cycle too. There is no clear information on how long to let the fan run after the wash/dry cycles are done. Opening the door stops the fan. and you cannot resume it after closing the door. Design Concerns - The dishwasher vents out hot steam at the bottom. If the kitchen has a wooden floor then unless you protect it in the area in front of the dishwasher, it will swell up and warp after a few dishwasher cycles, like ours has done. The door edges are sharp, not slightly rounded like my previous 18 year old GE dishwasher had. So if the install is right next to the sink, and you are not very careful, you can scrape your leg pretty bad even with a small rub against the open dishwasher door.

Great dishwasher and easy to use. Installed myself using the manual with no issues. Manual gives a link to an installation video that matched perfectly. Not too noisy but cycle time can be up to 3 hrs. More space for dishes than I have ever had in any other dishwasher.

The dishwasher washes and dries great. I love the top flex drawer for cups, glasses and long items like spatulas. It is very quiet running and adjustable to fit in all size items.

Our new KitchenAid dishwasher replaced a Bosch dishwasher that we had for over 20 years. We have been impressed that it can completely clean dishes that were not rinsed at all and then sat in the dishwasher for four days. With only two of us at home now we don’t do dishes every day like we used to when there were five of us. The KitchenAid appears to be as quiet as the Bosch was, but is significantly more effective in cleaning dishes. I’m sure Bosch has improved significantly in over 20 years as well, but we were very impressed. It also dries better than our Bosch did, but again 20+ years of improvements makes a difference. Let’s suffice it to say that we love our new KitchenAid. We had the Best Buy contractors install the unit and felt they did a great job and were very courteous.

Works like a pro! Quiet and everything is spotless. My only low comment is that it takes almost 3 hours for the Pro-wash. It looks terrific and gets many compliments.. Glad they re designed the third level as the shallow basket was useless.

It dries the dishes! The dishwasher is very quiet and cleans well. The dish racks slide in and out smoothly. I am happy with the purchase.

Overall really like the dishwasher so far. Three rows really seems like it creates more space, it is quiet overall, and racks move smoothly. The regular cycle is long (almost 3 hrs) but everything has come out looking good. Only had it for a little bit but like it so far!

Unit replaced a 2006 model. Very quiet, cycle times 3+ hours. Installation requires pulling unit out to adjust right rear support. Handle redesigned to 2" longer with square corners. Previous model had curved handle which allowed adjacent cabinet door to open without restriction. Would order unit with recessed handle next time. Replaced silverware container with 2006 unit as silverware hits right side with new unit when tray is pushed in. Old unit had fixed fixed wall to stop this problem. Needed install kit with 90 degree connector for installation. Pleased with unit, should have ordered recessed handle.

Great product. Great service and does a great job cleaning. Better than I ever expected. Very roomy inside, quite cleans with a sparkle on my dishes. Highly recommend this item.
