Looks great but unit leaking

At first it seemed like the water filter was loose, but the installer checked all water lines and the filter, and the leak wasn’t coming from either. Also, the top drawer (set to produce temps) is freezing drinks, even with the bottom set to freezer mode. I’m currently waiting for a replacement and for a Best Buy rep to follow up. Hoping the next one works as expected.

We have purchased several of them over the years in our different houses and love the function and convenience.

He said they dont have that one in stock, he will have to order from manufacturer. Called kitchen aid. Said a order was written up but no parts sent out,. Its been almost 30 day, still no word on when it will be fixed

I was not happy that it took 2 1/2 months to be able to pick it up after spending this much money. Calling customer service for status updates on the availability of the item was beyond frustrating and I was given bad information 3 different times during the delay.

Have had service to my house 5 times and still doesn’t work. Best Buy will not issue replacement so I have a $3000+ piece of trash sitting in my house. Do the right thing and return the to the manufacturer and deliver me a replacement.
