Our previous Kitchenaid wine chiller lasted over 20yrs n held 46 bottles. This new chiller holds the same amount of bottles and the shelves slide out. However it is limited to only 5 bottles of champagne on the bottom shelf. Very disappointing.

Have had service to my house 5 times and still doesn’t work. Best Buy will not issue replacement so I have a $3000+ piece of trash sitting in my house. Do the right thing and return the to the manufacturer and deliver me a replacement.
