Get a better return policy!

The reason for this is that I purchased this item On October 3, 2024, as a Christmas gift for a family member and the receipt said that returns were good until October 20, 2024. Not good Best Buy!

Lift-Stand Mixer

The only thing I would complain about is the handle not having a grip on it, you have to purchase it separately and highly recommend if yours doesn't have one get one. Look forward to using it more.

Works beautifully and may make me an expert breadmaker! This model has a stronger motor for heavier mixes and quite a few more attachments to add my collection. I am very happy with my purchase.

Good Mixer, terrible assembly/craftsmanship

Mixer works great, but assembly was terrible. The lift broke after the 3rd use due to the retaining pin on the inside. I am very mechanically inclined so took apart myself and gained access through the base to repair (overall took about 45 min) but the fact I had to do this after 3 uses is very annoying (but not worth the hassle to go through returns).

It is nice but the bowl lift makes it hard to mix ingredients at times. It does make me want the accessories and that might be a bad thing(so many to choose from it will cost me lots more money lol)..cant wait to keep trying new things with it. Especially with the holidays coming up!

Great Mixer

I love to bake and this mixer has cut my prep time. I also recommend purchasing the scraper blade it saves time scraping the bowl. I love it.
