I really enjoy baking and cooking with my kitchenaide bowl lift mixer. It does an awesome job mixing everything up and doesnt bog down when the batter is dense.

Love the mixer, but one thing is a bit disturbing. The 2nd time I used it, two spots were worn off the white cover of the beater. I don't want that in my food. That's why a 4 star instead of 5.

Got it 50% off for Black Friday. I'm glad I did because the mixing paddle started chipping on its second use. Hope it's not in the sourdough I was making. Hook and paddle both of bubbles and cracks in the ceramic coating. Never been dropped or handled rough. Hopefully there's a stainless replacement out there. This should not be happening in a $500 product.

Arrived quickly and in good condition although the polystyrene was a bit broken up and had to be cleaned off of the machine. It works well and I've been baking plenty of bread with it since it arrived!
