    Oven is okay service is HELL to schedule. I’ve had 2 issues with this oven within less than a year. Install was improperly done,however,they were good about correcting the issue. I’m on hold AGAIN with service because one of the electronic burners won’t ignite

    This is the worst oven ever. The calibration is off and so is the whole product as a whole. Best Buy will not take ownership of the problem. Whirlpool will not take ownership of the problem.

    Cannot recommend product or Best Buy/Bad service

    Two things not working upon hook up/Called and said i might have to pay repair people over $100.00 to come out and calibrate/takes almost twice as long to cook as recipe calls for. One of burners not working/

    Worst experience of my life terrible costumer service on top of that they came to my house to fix something that had to do with the stove and microwave fan and ended up breaking my fridge, went into the basement and touched something in the powerbox. DO NOT BUY OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BEST BUT Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

    Unfortunately the item has been damaged during transit. The delivery team was nice, but they also slid the unit across my kitchen tile instead of just picking it up, damaging the tile slightly.

    This range is frustrating. The stovetop works fine - no complaints. The oven is inconsistent. If you don't use it for a while - we tend to not bake in the summers - it takes a few times for it to get the temperature correct. The regular bake setting doesn't ever attain the correct temperature, though convect does. Finally, the stovetop controls are directly over the oven, and are made of plastic. This is just dumb, as hot air - say from an open oven - melts plastic. I even called kitchenaid customer service to verify that the knobs were stainless steel (unmeltable) before purchasing, was assured they were, and nonetheless received a range with meltable plastic knobs. Don't buy.

    Good looking stove, but not great.

    We purchased this range after reading a few reviews and thinking about how well we liked out other Kitchenaid appliances. It looks greatm, but first off we noticed the bottom storage drawer is extremely flimsy and lightweight. The grates are huge and take two hands to remove so you don't scratch you cooktop. The cook top is hard to clean and scratches easily. The large burners up front are nice but you can not simmer on them. Found this out the hard way. They burn way too hot at the lowest setting. The Oven controls are a little iffy and takes some practice hitting them in the right spot to activate them. Also make sure to check your gas connections. There is no recess and the pipe sits right in the middle which will prevent your stove from sitting flat against the wall if your gas line is centered like mine. For the price, you expect a better built and more thought out product. Definitely not what I was expecting from this brand.

    Cheap, stay away and buy something better

    I’m not sure of all the 5-star reviews of this product. Are they paid reviews? Did they get the stove for free? Maybe they’re all just looking at the stove itself (which isn’t all that unattractive - from a distance) and ignoring all of the other glaring problems with it. Don’t bother reading any other reviews. I’m here to tell you that this stove is junk. It’s made of cheap, thin materials and plastic, has bad heat retention, the door is barely insulated and flimsy, the knobs get too hot to touch when the oven is operating, and they’re assembled poorly with crooked doors and panels. My unit’s oven door crunched every time you opened it - the door was contacting the inner part of the oven and started chipping away at the finish. Even at the “sale” price of $1100, this feels like a $600-$700 stove. Stay FAR away and just spend a little more on something nicer. I returned mine within a day after purchasing it and seeing how cheap it was. There is nothing “Kitchenaid” about this stove except the oven handle. It’s just a cheap Whirlpool stove with a Kitchenaid logo slapped on it. If you can snag a nice open box unit for cheap, it could be worth it.

    Pricey brand name but not so great

    The range is performance is good but we are disappointed with the built made. The range top is hard to clean. The bar on top is tainted on the first few times of cooking and it’s unrecoverable. So does the pan top. We actually clean daily but it didn’t help.
