The self cleaning feature on this oven is the WORST I have ever experienced. It's called AquaLift. The problem is that it doesn't lift anything. It allegedly cleans your oven in 40 minutes at 200 degrees, instead of the traditional 800 degrees in 8 hours. It does practically nothing. i opened my oven door and it looked almost the same. After doing a Google search on AquaLift, I've found numerous complaints on this inferior technology. Also, this oven does not heat properly. It takes longer to cook everything.

I like the stove for the most part but the surface where the burners are, scratch very easily especially when you try to move the heavy grates to clean. The burners get a brownish look around them and are very hard to get clean.

I had a kitchenaid gas stove before and Loved it So far I love this one too.

This stove was part of a 4 piece suite I purchased in September. Two weeks after delivery stove was swapped out due to a faulty igniter on one of the burners. I've had the second stove now 6 weeks and last night none of the burners would light. After reading other reviews online it seems others have had the same problem. Very unhappy with the quality of this stove. I expected more from a Kitchen Aid. In addition, the service regarding the issues I am experiencing has not been spectacular. I've had a gas stove my entire life and never have I had problems like this. Very poor quality. Do not recommend.

We bought our stove back in July of 2020. We had to wait for delivery in November due to Covid supply chain issues. We’ve had nothing but problems since the beginning. The burners burned too high, and the oven will not keep its temperature. My first experience was Thanksgiving turkey which was still raw by dinner time. Had to grill hamburgers. I’ve never been able to bake a cake and have it turn out properly - and I’ve been baking for 50 years. We’ve had service out 3 times to no avail. My husband was able to calibrate the burners, so that was good, but the oven has been nothing but trouble. The latest fail was Easter this last Sunday, when I put my ham into the oven and 1 hour later it said it was still preheating. It’s as dead as a doornail and we’re out $1.600 with no recourse. Having a new (different make) oven delivered this Saturday.

I bought this stove in November of 2020 and recently discovered that it had a leak in the regulator tubing, which is terrifying. I have contacted KitchenAid but I suspect they are going to say that there is nothing they will do given that it is out of warranty. Given the price I paid for this range and the relatively new age (3.5 years old), an issue like this is unacceptable.

5 years old. Only problem is the oven could never maintain the desired temperture. In the beginning it was alright since we hardly used it and it was only off by a few degrees so it did not matter to me. Now that I am cooking and baking more, the temperture spread is almost 100 degrees! Plus the oven heats up the house LIKE crazy!

Purchased Oven in 2022. Started having issues with flame igniting. Had oven worked on by appliance Technician. Cost of repair and parts $616.00. We only got 2 years of it. Repair cost not covered by warranty!

It has a sharp edge in the back where the heat comes out.

I recently purchased this range. On the day it was installed, I went to wipe it down and sliced a gash in my finger. KitchenAid’s safety people could not give me any indication on what would be sharp on the oven. After spending hours bleeding and a trip to Urgent Care, I am nervous to even use it.
