It's a nice enough range, but not what one would expect with the KitchenAid brand. It's smaller than our previous GE range, which came with our new build house almost 10 years ago. The range is very, very shiny, which does not really show in the online photos and overall, it feels cheaply made with cheap materials. There are five burners but they are so close together, its difficult to use two or more at once on the same side or with the center burner. Lastly, whenever we used the oven, it would reignite every 2 minutes. We began timing it and it was almost exactly every 2 minutes. We are Total Tech members and Best Buy's third-party installers were fabulous! Best Buy made the return of this range super easy and we replaced with a much pricier Bosch 800 series slide-in range, which we love.

Straightforward operation and has worked well. Finish and material quality is great.

The best thing about this is the great service you get when there is a problem. The chrome handle ads a spark to the kitchen and shows no finger prints.

The delivery men were careful and installed the oven properly. They took the time to set it up and test it to make sure it was operating correctly

Love it. Clean and modern looking. Bought a new house and slowing replacing all the major appliances. Will definitely get the others there. Quick delivery.

I don’t cook much but this stove is an upgrade from my 2000 stove. I love that it has the glass screen because my previous one had a plastic one, and it got ruined. Definitely recommend

Do not buy this range. The stainless top scratches so easy and is very difficult to clean. I bought this to replace a range that had a black top and it is 100 times worse. Also, can't clean the burns marks around the burners. DON'T BUY THIS!!!!

I bought this stove during Black Friday/cyber Monday deal they had,it was a great deal for a great product,I’m happy with the purchase.

This is an adequate stove. Nothing special. I don’t notice any difference between the convection vs regular cooking.

The stove top works great! The first time I used the oven it filled the kitchen with smoke!!!! Still not sure what is wrong with it!!! :-(

This is a great range for the dough. Everything works fine. looks snappy. Bakes at the right temperature. Even has a pizza setting. great black color. best buy installed it as well. great deal.

A very disappointing exeprience. Stove was delivered to my home. After it was installed, I noticed it was missing the griddle, I informed the driver. He told me someone was going to reach me. But no one has reach out to me. I had to call customer service, to check on an update. Instead of shipping the griddle to me. They schedule another appointment to come $ see the stove. Which does not make sense.

Unfortunately, when they tried to deliver my new Kitchenaid range yesterday it was defective out of the box. This is the second range from Best Buy in 2 weeks and both the GE and Kitchenaid ranges had issues. The Kitchenaid regulator for the gas line was stripped (the installers kept trying and filled my house with gas.) Best Buy customer service was not helpful at all. They refused to make it right by sending out another range. The installers had my other (defective) GE already on the truck and I was going to be without any range for over 2 weeks at least. Finally, the installers called someone and got permission to leave me the GE. Hopefully, Best Buy will make this right one day soon. I am a Total Tech member and this will definitely be my last Best Buy purchase. So far, I am not impressed with Kitchenaid either.

The worse customer service lever and they never call you back when you email them and I don’t get a email either . Horrible don’t buy anything not worth the aggravation? Took too many days off for damaged appliance

We got something greater than we expected with a price that surprised us, we always recommend Bestbuy

Excellent stove, It a little pricey but it’s well worth the money, the open style top grates are fantastic

The range is very good and the most that I like is his burn

Constantly smelling gas. Called kitchenaid for service and they came out with no parts. They replaced the ignitor and it still smells.

Most liked feature is the center Burner with griddle. Like the set up of everything. Really great stove.
