Bought this during the pandemic sight unseen and solely on reviews. We are very happy with this purchase. The only negative was that we had to get rid of all of our pans that have a ridged bottom because they scratched the paint off of the cast iron cooktop grates within the first two weeks. We contacted customer service and they promptly replaced the grates at no cost. Be careful of the types of pans that you use with this range. Use only good quality pans (stainless or copper bottoms). The manufacturer indicated this in the owners manual.

This stove is pleasing to look at in your kitchen. All the buners work great! Absolutely love the rack inside, they are designed to give you extra room for larger baking needs (Turkey).

I really love this gas range. It is so beautiful and works like a charm.

We looked at several brands in various appliance stores getting various feedback, read several reviews and found this unit to be a good fit and value. Combined this with a matching KA dishwasher. Only negative was the wait resulting for the build delay from the manufacturer as result of the COVID-19 pandemic...well worth the wait. We are very satisfied with the performance, style and build. Highly recommended.

Beautiful stove. Easy to use. Only thing I am no sure of yet is how easy it will be to clean the stovetop because it is all stainless steel.

We are very happy with this range. It cooks well and looks nice. Installation was fantastic.

We use it to smelt iron. And make omlettes. I roasted a chicken and it was amazing. It also does not insist that 129 degrees Fahrenheit is acceptable when cooking a Thanksgiving turkey. Which my old oven did.

The oven works very well; it cooks the food evenly. The only thing, is that the oven makes a creaking noise, during part of the baking cycle. Not sure if it is the metal that is making the noise or not. doesnt seem to affect the cooking cycle

We absolutely love this gas oven. Everyone that comes to our house and see’s it wants one, especially after we tell and show them how it operates!!

Like having Gas range over electric. The only complaints we, my husband and myself is that the burners in front are both large and the ones in back are small. Should have been one large & one small in front and same way in back. Also has a middle burner is small burner not long & oval shape like on other gas stoves. We have gotten use to using it, like it better than electric. Get meals cooked quicker than on our electric stove. Also when using oven it doesn't heat up the kitchen like oven in our electric stove did. So don't mind using oven on these hot summer days.

I purchased this gas range/oven combo to replace my old Kitchenaid range that came with our house and had a failure of the control panel after 8 years. This new unit is improved in most ways over the old unit but there are a couple issues I've experienced. The gas cooktop works fine without any issues and the top is easy to clean and remove the grates. The issues have been with the oven as the temperature seems inconsistent or just much lower than our old Kitchenaid oven as things take significantly longer to bake when set at the same temperature. Perhaps calibration or something is needed but from the factory something seems off. Also the broiler will not light at all since Day 1 and we are having Kitchenaid send a technician to look at that. A bit disappointing of a product overall so far.

I really like this stove. It is so pretty in white with the stainless accessories. The gas stove converted to propane took some getting used to. I have only had it a few weeks and still have much to learn. I must say that the heavy cast iron grates are a pain to unhook, lift and move to clean any splashes or spills on the stove top.

Very happy with this oven. We are using it for replacement of an older KitchenAid oven, much better upgrade. When you first install, make sure you run the oven before baking anything. It needs to burn an chemicals off.

The stove top is great. Oven takes some work. The settings are not like any other oven/range we’ve ever used. That’s not necessarily a bad thing EXCEPT they are counterintuitive. Extra steps are needed to set, re-set, or cancel timers when baking. Otherwise it is pretty nice.

We are previous owners of the same gas oven except it was a double oven. Nevertheless we were happy then with this product and our opinion is the same. We love it. Obviously we bought another for our new home.

I love this new range. It is so easy to clean. The oven is very roomy and has 3 wire shelves. The pull out storage drawer is great for storing baking sheets. Perfect for my kitchen.

Great range. Love the griddle pan and the oven cooks much more evenly than the last oven.
