Great quality and looks high end in the kitchen. Would buy for my next house too.

The KitcheAid range was a good purchase to replace a JennAir that was 20 years old. The sales staff at this location was excellent and very helpful in resolving some issues we had with the third party installation. Best Buy really needs to improve the communication process involved with third party installers. The installation was completed but only after I took off work on three separate days. The range is operating great and we are pleased, just a bit too much frustration with installers who did not have proper fittings. I had to physically drive to the Best Buy store on each of the three “service” days to speak to a human to expedite a complete installation. The lack of ability to communicate via phone to resolve issues was frustrating to say the least. The computerized scheduling/notification system is highly inefficient and resulted in repeated delays. As mentioned, personnel at Best Buy store and the installers themselves were easy to work with but the scheduling/communicating was far from satisfactory.

I love the appearance and functionality of this range. The knobs make it clear when stove is off. The display is easy to see with helpful instructional information. Oven overall works great. Easy to clean as well.

We are in the process of renovating the kitchen and purchased this range for that kitchen. The kitchen aid gas convection range is beautiful and professional looking without an enormous price tag. The burners work perfectly and the top of the range is very easy to clean, which is extremely important as I use this daily. This is the second time I have purchased this range and I love it just as much the second time.

The perfect size for our kitchen and it has 5, not 4, gas top burners. It was delivered in days and installed within minutes. The gas connection was inspected by the city inspector and passed muster. The entire process was really smooth. And, a few weeks after we purchased it, I conducted a “price check” on the Best Buy site and received a $400 credit due to a price drop!

So far my new stove has been great! Even cooking. Looks beautiful in my kitchen.

Love, Love, Love my KirchenAid Self-Cleaning Gas Convection Range. It is easy to use and cook evenly. The broiler is great. I fixed Lobster Tails in the broiler and it was very convenient and fast. It is, also, very nice looking and looks great in my kitchen.

Love the look of this oven and very easy to operate

We love our new stove. Our old stove you couldn't set a skillet on it and put one on the eye behind it, this stove you can use all five eyes at the same time. the stove cooks even and efficiently. The oven is a bakers dream, it even comes with a built in steamer tray. The only down side is the knobs turn on easy, but fixed the problem with knob covers. We are very happy over all with the stove.

The look is so professional cooks great Love the that the knobs don't turn so easy for my grandson, don't have to put safety covers on them. Cleans up well.

We have own and used this oven for one year now. No issues or problems at all. I find the top pretty easy to clean which is vastly different than the old stove we owned. Of course switching to gas is part of the enjoyment. Way better for cooking in my mind.

Very pleased with the Kitchenaid Range, it is attractive and a classy addition to the kitchen. Love all of the adjusting racks and the roominess in the oven. Stovetop is easy to clean. My first convection experience, so far so good.

Looks great. Easy to clean. Maintains temperatures, but very slow to heat up. Also, the convection preheat requires extra steps due to conversion guidance that I can’t seem to circumvent.

This is a fantastic range - it offers convection or conventional cooking, there are five burners, and the digital screen is easy to use. My only gripe with it is the iron grates over the burners are awkward to lift for cleaning. Otherwise very pleased with this!
