Bought this as a replacement for an old aversion of the same stove. I absolutely love the updates. It is working extremely well. We love the fact that the grates on the top are integrated in such a way that the can be removed either together as a single unit or separately. This allows for a flatter surface and the use of larger pans without worrying about balance an overlapping other burners. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend the this stove. The delivery team was phenomenal. They were fully licensed and certified. Because they were licensed plumbers, they ended up, pulling a permit to make sure that everything was official and legal by law. I did have to pay extra because of the permit, but hey called me ahead of the scheduled delivery date to advise me of this. They made sure that the stove was level and that it was all prep for us to use within the timeframe after it went through its first heat up after installation.. Overall, one of the best experiences that I’ve had. Best Buy never fails to impress with their delivery and installation teams. However, I do feel that Best Buy needs to be more forthcoming on extra costs that may be imposed because their installation/delivery teams require permits to meet their licensure requirements. It wasn’t much, but it would have been nice to know this at the time of purchase.

Love love, love the double oven! I’m able to cook more than one thing, especially over the holidays. It comes in handy. Temperature is consistent, so no surprises when I’m baking. I’m not a big fan of stainless steel to be be honest, but it matches the other appliances. Also the stove top, burners and grates are not the easiest to clean. The self cleaning ovens are a treat. Thank goodness for that.

Purchased KitchenAid double oven stove picked up November 17 2023 I love love the double oven very striking appear larger than my other stove although they're same size. Works stove and oven perform well as I expected from KitchenAid products. However because it's stainless steel difficult to keep clean.

So far, awesome! Stunning. Makes my kitchen look so much nicer. Boils water quickly, cooks faster and more evenly. Burners run hot! I need to turn it to medium low to get medium. I haven’t used the self cleaning feature yet. Not sure if I’m using convection oven right, because it doesn’t bake faster. Team who installed it, outstanding!

So far, so good! We've had the stove for about a month now. Our previous KitchenAid oven lasted a little over 11 years before needing to be replaced. We really wanted this new oven to be an upgrade over the previous one and not just a replacement. We went with this model because of the double ovens, no "waste of space" storage/broiler drawer, dishwasher safe grates, the included griddle and almost the exact same overall footprint as our previous oven. There is some break in process to follow prior to first use, but it was easy and no big deal. So far we have used both ovens several times separately and twice at the same time. We love the griddle and have enjoyed this oven and it's features so far. Hopefully it will last for many years to come.

I am so in love with this stove!! The one I had before said it was a double oven but it really wasn't. You could only bake one thing at a time (not enough room for a chicken or turkey in the bottom oven). This is a true double oven!! I love, love, love it

The stove fits well, looks amazing, easy to use and set up. Goes well with my KitchenAid set.

We were looking to replace all major kitchen appliances and once we saw this model on the floor I knew that I wanted it to be the centerpiece. Dual ovens have been great. Easy to use, a little gifficult to keep clean and avoid scratches.

It's so sleek and stylish but also is awesome to be able to cook 2 things at 2 separate temperatures! I couldn't be happier.

Perfect appliance for my daily needs. I’m loving it. I am using it every day for cooking, baking. My first time using kitchen aid appliance I’m a very satisfied customer I know I’ll be using this appliance for a long time!!

So far my stove has been great! It cooks fast. I like the fact that the doors hAve a decent weight and it’s not flimsy. Love th ability to bake on the bottom and broil on top. I use the griddle frequently too.

I love the option of using the smaller oven when heating the larger one is not necessary.

The conversion to Propane turned out to be impossible because a critical screw needed to install the propane orifice on one burner was broken off. This was not discovered at the time of the first installation because there was a missing orifice for that buner in the orifice package. It took one visit to deliver the new orifice then another visit to actually find the basic screw. This confusion has now been going on for 3 weeks and is still not resolved. The stove itself worked well and the lower oven is really big. We replaced a 36 in wide stove withthis one and the lower stive is as wide ss the original 36 inch wide one. Heats up fast a dcooks well. Controls easy to undetstand and operate

I am very impressed with this range. It has safety features I've never seen on other ranges and it looks absolutely beautiful in my kitchen! Can't wait to do some serious cooking on this stove!

It looks great in the kitchen. Love that it has a grill. Pancakes on Sunday. The color inside is beautiful. Would love to have the ability to pick a color.

Overall nice oven but the slide out grill on big oven does Not have a curve on back hence trays slip off fall to back of oven if you pull it out quickly happened twice on thanksgiving day. I went online to see if I could purchase a replacement but can’t find one
