They delivered and didnt take any of the wrappings off. The drawer was full of the plastic wrap and when I finally got it all off I found the drawer didnt close all the way and the left burner had a scratch on it. I called right away to the customer service dept and they said they should of taken a picture of the stove before it left the storage facility. They are giving me a new stove but I have to wait another 3 weeks to get it. Of course I have to still use the stove we got and finding it is hard to keep the stove top clean. We will see how the new one is when I finally get it.

Replaced the breaker as suggested but still won’t work. I have to wait over a week to get a service tech out. Not what I was hoping for from a kitchenaid.
