Beautiful equipment—it’s got a big oven and a huge amount of cooktop space—really maximizes my galley-style kitchen. I really like the digital pad for the oven functions, and the varying size heating elements on the cooktop are great—efficient use of energy. Easy to clean and a sleek style—pairs well with my KitchenAid microwave installed above.

This oven is nice looking but really takes some time to get use to. I wish there were some directions included on how each burner functions. The burners each have a separate purpose. They get very hot fast and you don't need to cook on high temperatures. The oven works fine but it takes a very long time to preheat. While the oven is working the cooling fan blows. The fan continues to blow after oven turns off and it blows for an extremely long time. I have to say that I am getting use to that and have come a long way on figuring out the settings for the stove top. It really just takes some practice. I recommend starting all burners on low and then increasing heat as you need it. Otherwise you will have a burnt mess or an overflowing pot.

This review is for Kitchenaid-6.4 Cu. ft. Self cleaning slide in electric convection range-stainless steel. First, the appearance looks great and great quality and warms quickly. I’ve been following this product line for quite sometime and waited for it to go on sale to make my purchase cause they are pricey but waited for the right time. Slides in perfectly and does not look bulky and works great. Warms quickly. The stainless steel looks great with the other stainless steel appliances.

Nice stove, very consistent, but slow oven

This range/stove is very nice. Very slick appearance. The burners are nice - get very hot and the heat is very stable. Boil a giant pot of water in just a few minutes. I have two issues with this product. The first is that the oven takes FOREVER to pre-heat. When shopping we were comparing with ovens that boasted 7 minute pre-heat. This can take 30 minutes. Very disappointing. Once it's hot, it's very consistent. The other thing is that it's missing a lot of the "fancy" features other stoves have. We opted for reliability over the bells and whistles and looks like it was a good decision.

I've been using this range for about a month now and love it! One of my favorite things is the spacious oven ~ although this range is the same size as my old slide-in, the actual oven cooking space is vastly bigger. It bakes amazingly evenly, I don't even turn the baking sheets around anymore because the front and back brown at the same rate, it's fabulous! The broiler can be set to different temperatures and browns very evenly. The oven is well-lit and quiet, the fan runs for a bit after use, but it's quiet enough that I hardly notice it. The stove top is great, there is a giant front burner that is adjustable so it can be used for your smallest or biggest skillet. The stovetop heats up very quickly, so I've had to be aware of never placing an empty pan on a burner when I turn it on. I've turned off the tone sounds because I like a quiet kitchen. I'm really glad I chose this range and highly recommend it!

This is a True Slide In, make sure you measure before delivery. I read online what the opening needed to be and cut our Center Island to those measurements and it fit perfectly. I did buy the extra trim kit to cover over the small gap between the counter and oven, it covered my little mistake and now looks like a Pro put it in. Burners heat up very fast, oven is spacious and it looks like it should sell for $3500. We Love it.

I really liked this range because it had exactly what I was looking for, unfortunately it wasn’t the right size for my kitchen counter so I had to replace it.

I very much like my range . this is my first convection oven as well as my first ceramic stove top so a little nervous at first. However the stove gives simple easy promts to follow which has resulted in wonderful outcomes for the recipes and my workload is much less. The only downside is my range came damaged on one side and the oven lights went out within the first 24 hrs.this is the only reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5. But the geeksquad went to work and checked everything out replaced the lights andare continuing to work with me to make sure I am satisfied. So over all I am extremly happy with my purchase

We named it Kevin 3.0... you know, Kevin Bakin'? LOL why 3.0? Well, we went through TWO LG stoves in less than 6 months. The first one the mother board fried in the first few weeks, then it was on backorder for a few months. Then when we finally got the replacement it had THE SAME ISSUES. Not only that but the LG was uneven, and inconsistent. as to where the KitchenAid has been a dream come true. Everything comes out magnificent and even and has the perfect texture.
So much for LG techs trying to say that "all ovens dont keep consistent temperatures". Also that we should "rotate often while baking for even results". Dude wut? Honestly the difference is night and day. stay away from LG and go KitchenAid!

Just replaced my 26 year old KitchenAid range with this new one. What a difference 26 years makes! Love my new range. So many more features that are useful and not just gimmicks. I have just started using it and must refer to the manual but it’s easy to read and follow. The range does stick out a bit more than the old one but I can get deal with it since it’s such a great range.

When picking out new appliances for our brand new home, we not only wanted something that had quality that matched up with the name, but a product that gave us a matching look that appealed to the eye of our room setup and entertaining. From the fridge, stove, dishwasher, all the way to the microwave, these KitchenAid products deliver on every aspect of what was expected. Effective, sharp looking, super quiet, and priced well for quality.

Avoid any stove with aqua lift

I have lived with this range for four years now. I still love the looks and the top cooking hub. Thats all. I have since bought a breville airfry/oven to use ve the range. The aqualift clean system doesnt work. It may work once in a while but in general this is not a self cleaning oven. I spent an entire day cleaning the inside and its still dirty. I miss my old frigidaire.

I bought this as part of a suite of other appliances to replace my older Kitchenaid/Whirpool appliances that had, probably, been with the house since it was built 20+ years ago. I'm a single guy living alone in my house, but I really love to cook as a relaxing hobby. I'm not an expert chef, but I do know just enough to really care about how well this stove works because a few feature tweaks here and there can make a big difference in how well a stove, or any appliance for that matter, will work for you.
Compared to the old Whirlpool stove, which was actually doing well, this new one is noticeably much better as far as heat control with pans on the stoves and temperature regulation in the oven. This *seems* to take longer to preheat, but I have a feeling that's more because you can actually see what temperature it is currently at rather than the older one that just had a "Is/Is Not" Pre-heated indicator light.
Cooking the same items on the stovetop, I'm very impressed with it. The main burner, the three-coil variable size one, has excellent control, even though the dial is a little strange because it has three different sections rather than having a separate switch that controls how many elements are active. So you only have 1/4th of the full round of the dial to actually control the heat for any given coil size (The 'Off' section is almost as large as the control sections are). I had some trepidation about this, but in practice this actually works very well. Even though you don't have a *lot* of 'settings' as it were, simply because the control section is so small, it has excellent heat control, a barely discernible turn is enough to take something from a roiling boil to a nice even simmer. This is a nice change from all the other stoves and stove tops I've had, where the controls seemed mushy, if that makes sense - large dial changes were necessary to make a difference, whereas with this it seems very precise.
I've only had it a month. And I've had no great events at my house to really put this thing through its paces, if there are any notable observations down the line, good or bad I'll try to update this, since as I was looking for reviews I greatly appreciated the ones with follow up past the first impressions.
But overall, at this point and having it for a month I really like this stove. All the features are great, and KA's style is probably hit or miss with some people, but I quite like it, and this stove works just as great as it looks.

Great stove, well worth the extra money. We looked into buying other brands that were cheaper, but we have owned kitchen aid in the past and trust the brand.

It was great to start. But within 1 year there were ERRs on the console. WE NAVIGATED THE ERRORS, BUT NOW the errors are consistent. The oven does NOT work, and we have no recourse but to buy a new one!!
