They had to create a new hole for the vent. The first crew didn’t do that (long story). It cooks evenly. Heats up fast. Overall great range.

When another person came to check found also that there is a bend leg on Left side on stove noted after bottom panel removed. Date for replacement has been put off twice now it will be May 29, 2024 . Very disappointed!

Other than that, perfect A plus, for the cost pricey but worth it..

Nightmare Experience

Best Buy should not sell appliances that they can't deliver much less install. The unit is still sitting in the middle of my kitchen. Total incompetence was clearly on display from start to finish. So disappointed. Been with any stove since Feb 3rd when they hauled away the old unit. So frustrating...

Can't use the stove because of missing parts

First the template, anti-tipping bracket, and filter were missing. Then we realized the back electrical cover was missing, as well as an electrical clip. Meanwhile our old stove is gone and we are without a stove until parts arrive--who knows when. We were assured all the parts would be with the stove when we purchased, and also when we picked it up. Don't believe them! Sorry I can't tell you if the stove even works yet.

However, the "free" installation that was advertised during the purchase was a little misleading. Turned out to be a custom install that added and additional $150 to the total cost.
