The best deliver people I have ever seen. They went over and above. I love that this stove has the knobs on the back instead of the front for safety It works great! Best Buy kept in contact with us until our delivery which made us more comfortable about our high end purchase.

I love the double oven. I baked dozens of cookies in no time at all. Needless to say, the double oven will be a life changer, especially on the holidays.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Biggest piece of garbage and performs even worse than the Maytag I previously had. Whirlpool brands just cannot make a good range. First right out of the box it looks cheap. Second out the box the left large burner only works on triple at the highest heat setting. If you knock it to medium or low the burner shuts off. Chips of the blue enamel are constantly appearing and who knows if they end up in food. So dangerous! The oven cooks unevenly so I can never make dinner successfully. One half of the pan is always raw or undercooked. In addition it has ugly huge rubber gaskets on the oven doors. So much for a premium brand. KitchenAid is terrible and I would never recommend it. Lastly the stainless is terrible quality and impossible to keep clean. Look elsewhere for a better range.

I bought this range/oven a little over a year ago and have already had to replace 2 knobs. They are made of cheep plastic and apparently break easily. Not what you want from something over $2500.

I love the double oven, but it is very hard to see inside because of the black frame around the glass door. You have to squat down. The pull out shelf needs to have a lip on the back. When I pulled out the shelf the Pyrex went sliding back and fell off! So pull out the shelf sloooowwwly. The Ultra burner is very confusing. Only has L (?) on the Ultra side of the dial. The H apparently is for fast boiling. On the H side of the dial there is M and L which I am guessing is for fast Medium and fast L? Also, appliances no longer come with the manual. You have to go to KitchenAid web site to down load. I cannot tell you how long it took to find the serial number. Spoiler alert, there is a metal piece that pulls up from behind the top of the stove. That is where they hid it. When the timer goes of you here this faint beep. ONE beep! So if you are in the other room or vacuuming or doing laundry, pay attention. It beeps again at a VERY long interval. The manual does not say how long that is. To stop the timer you have to push Timer SET/OFF twice. Which is dumb because if the timer is on it should just shut off when you push timer again. You really have to push the commands hard. A little annoying. From prior reviews i read, there was a problem with the knobs breaking. They have fixed that problem. Still getting used to the burners. On the triple burner when you just use as single, the low is too low. When you put it on double, the low is too high, OY! Other than that.... I really love having 2 ovens. So I am putting up with the other "issues". I am hoping that after time I will figure out the best burners to use when I am cooking certain things.

I am most pleased with this appliance. As always, Kitchenaid quality makes the difference. The double oven is wonderful to have. I use the top oven on most occasions, and it heats quickly, cooks evenly, and is easy to put in and remove food. I seasoned both ovens for an hour before first use, and I have had no peeling enamel or any other issues. The cooktop is great with burners that heat quickly and evenly. I recommend this range. And it was on sale at Best Buy when I purchased it, so that made it even better.

After having a Samsung that died after a year and would never cook at the temperature the oven was set to, we got this beauty! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the sleek look of the outside and the black stainless is gorgeous. It cooks at the set temperature in the ovens and the best part is that the 'low' settings on the cooktop are actually 'low' settings! On our former stove, High was high and low was high as well and everything burned! This stove actually allows you to turn the heat down and things stop cooking as fast if you want them to. I do have a few complaints...neither oven is large enough for my turkey roaster with the lid on. It fits without the lid in the bottom oven but if I want to roast something in a roaster with the lid, I need to find a new roaster I guess. You have to be careful opening the bottom door, as it lays on the floor when it's completely open. if your toes are under the handle when you open it, it does hurt a bit when it lands on your foot. Also, I find I have to practically get down on my knees to get the bottom rack to slide out...I realize that this probably has to be this way in order to have two ovens in one stove so I can live with this...it is super great being able to cook at different temps in each oven. My number one complaint about this oven is the very large vent holes behind the handle on the upper oven door. Why? We have only had the stove a short time and there is already a drip between the layers of glass that got there thru these vents on the door. I had this same complaint of my old stove....this design needs rethought. I don't want to have to take the door apart to clean between the two panes of glass, why do the vents have to be there and open to the glass panes...I think that is asking for trouble. There are no large vent holes on the bottom door oven, why do we need them on the top door? Anyway, now my brand new stove has an unreachable ugly drip of something between the panes that you probably wouldn't notice, but I know it's there and it is annoying to think about. I think every oven has these so I guess they are not a deal breaker, I do still love it.

So far I love my stove. One thing I noticed is the top oven cooks hotter than the convection oven. I had two pans of cookies in, one on top and the other in the convection. They were both cooked on the same kind of pan and at the same temp and for the same length of time. The cookies in the smaller top oven were more brown on the bottom then I would have liked. The cookies baked in the convection oven were perfect. My personal opinion is that the smaller oven bakes hotter because of it's small size. I will need to adjust my cooking time accordingly to see if this helps. I also wish the stove was designed so that it could sit flatter against the wall. The closest they could get it to the wall still leaves it sticking out 1-1/2 inches beyond the cupboard. That is after my private installer came back and had to redesign how it was installed initially. An 1-1/2 may not seem like much but it makes it more difficult to reach items in the cupboard above the stove. I did not give the stove 5 stars because I have had it such a short time.

    Not Happy!

This was delivered November 10th. It has had light use and still looks brand new. The top glass is a little difficult to keep clean. It shows a lot of dust. Overall, I was happy with this range until I noticed the porcelain at the bottom of the top oven has started to crack. Very disappointed considering the light use it has had in 4 months. I will be contacting warranty service shortly for a replacement. Aside from that, it's been great.

We love this stove for its classic look, without having a crazy needless touch screen or anything we wont use on a stove. The double oven with this is great, yes you lose the bottom storage or warming drawer. But who really uses that anyway except to store cookie sheets? We have space elsewhere for those. The duel fuel in this model, gas range, electric ovens was critical, and during the sale we took advantage of, we were getting a superior model for the same price of lower tier models. Would definitely suggest this model if it went on a great sale! Full price, eh, feel like you're paying a bit for the kitchenaid branding. But the quality of the materials and their finishes is certainly apparent.
