This range is fantastic. It's beautiful, easy to use, and heats quickly. Be aware that it needs a 4 prong outlet. We had a 3 prong appliance outlet for our old stove and it was a bit pricey to get it replaced.

This is our second induction stove top. It’s a little more complicated to get used to but once you figure it out it’s great. The oven area is so much bigger and you’ll love the full glass door. You can see all three racks with the oven light on. I would’ve given it a complete five star rating because the appliance itself is worth it, but it took three different delivery dates to get it, including taking a paid day off of work and they still didn’t show up. The communication was poor but customer service did their best to recover for the delivery side.

Used just a few times. Rack structure is impressive. Heating a frypan was very quick. Digital instructions help while setting various bake settings. Having the stovetop touch screen right in the black cook area is not the best location. Two areas on the bar below where the oven controls are would be much better. It's easy to hit them in current location. Secondly would much have preferred to have fingerprint resistant for this much money.

Great features on this slide in induction convection range. very easy to keep clean since there are no knobs. Induction works very well and temperature adjustments are almost instant. Oven has large window and lower oven drawer is a bonus

Excellent but induction cooktop is LOUD!

I only used induction once before and that was when it was demoed in a store. It was awesome and I never noticed any noise. I am using KitchenAid induction cookware (that was sent for free as a rebate, thank you, KitchenAid!) and whenever we use the cooktop, it is loud! A very loud high pitched vibration noise. I have read lots of complaints about this stove so probably shouldn't have purchased. Best Buy came to my house and the technician was shocked at how loud this is. They are ordering some sort of power module and hopefully this fixes the issue. It will be here in 2 weeks. I want to love this stove, especially since we paid a small fortune to upgrade all of our appliances to Kitchen Aid, but let's see. Hopefully optimistic and may follow up with this review.

I have had this oven for a month now, and I absolutely love this oven! For people who have never had an induction range, this is the best way to cook ever! I actually boiled 6 quarts of water in 6 minutes. All I can say is “Amazingly”. I never know I needed the Simmer and Keep Warm functions on my stove top before now until having used them. Induction is the best range to teach my kids to cook without having to worry so much about them burning themselves and catching their bottom long hair on fire while cooking as there is no flame. Well worth spending almost $4k with tax and warranty. I will never ever go back to gas again.

Upgraded to an induction cooktop and won’t ever go back. Kitchenaid pushes the limits of what can be done with everything on this. The oven is huge and the cooktop works flawlessly.

Still only had the range for two weeks. It’s beautiful! I can tell the induction cooktop is powerful and works well. The oven is slow to preheat. It might take some getting used to.

I had high hopes for this new range. Having never used induction before, it seemed pretty cool. And the range has met all of my expectations. The induction cooktop is fast, and is easy to clean. There is a small learning curve but now that ive ised it i wouldnt want to use anything else. The oven also works excellent as well. Not only is the range 5 stars, Best Buy also had the best price. Their delivery was also excellent as well.

The induction cooktop on this range is really responsive and works well. Have only used it for a month now but so far I like it. Have not baked in the oven enough to really be able to review it.

It is still good but some of the pot and pan has to be induction so every time when i go shop to buy pots and pans, I have to look for induction. But still it is good to use.

For the money, this is an excellent induction stove. Has 1 9 in magnet and 3 6 inch. Kitchen Aid makes a quality product. Stove has excellent features. Very nice looking in the kitchen. Large 7.2 cu ft oven. Warming drawer heats to 400 degrees.

This had been the coolest purchase I've ever made on an appliance. The induction cooktop is so Superior to cook on compared to electric or gas. I love cooking again. This is the KitchenAid brand and I highly recommend it.

We had been debating between a gas vs induction and decided to take the leap and wow, are we loving the induction range! Boils water in 90 secs for pasta and so easy to clean up. Best Buy was great with delivery and as we bought a number of products from them we did Total Tech which is the best value out there! We've had many deliveries and all covered under the Total Tech program among other things. Best thing if you are getting a lot of things from Best Buy!

I should have switched to induction two years ago when we moved and no longer had a gas stove. This is a great range, oven & induction cooktop. Great control of heat. Love it. Don’t wait.

I've had this model for about a year now and it did take some getting used to. As a glorified home cook, I like to sauté butI find it frustrating when a pan is lifted for more than 3 seconds, it starts beeping and then will shut off if the pan is not returned within 10 seconds. Secondly, on numerous occasions, it will just shut down for no apparent reason. I then have to just the breaker off and wait at least a minute to turn it back on and let it reboot. I have had proteins searing and as you know, consistency is key when trying to get a nice sear. Having the power off for a few minutes is unacceptable. Sometimes I have to flip the breaker 2-3 times before it will work properly. Geeksquad has replaced some parts but it only made it worse. I am now waiting on them to return with more new parts. Looking back, I wish I would have gone with the non-induction range. I am hoping the problem will be resolved but I don't have high hopes at this point.
