    Best Buy has made 3 attempts to deliver me this range. All 3 ranges arrived damaged, inside the box. Either they are repacking returned/damaged ranges, or the factory has serious quality control issues. Something fishy is going on here, buyer beware.

  • Decent product, terrible experience

    I had this range delivered for the fourth time this week. The first three all had bad dents in them. The fourth also has a small dent, but I can't take any more time off of work to deal with another exchange, so may just return it. It's a shame because it functions well, but the dents are unacceptable, especially for a product at this price range. Best Buy has not been good to deal with along the way either.
