Great mixer! I got it because of all of the attachments that kitchen aid offer’s and to replace my last one what worked for 24 years.

This machine is phenomenal. Makes baking cakes and cookies a breeze. As time goes on I’ll make sure to buy more attachments as it can really do so much. I originally tried to go with a cheaper one and it broke on the second day of baking. I’m so glad I went big and got this one.

My wife jumped for joy when she opened this for the holidays, and put it to use almost every day since. She loves it!

Works perfectly, smooth to use, blends and mixes completely with very minimal scraping. Love the attachments and versatility.

You want to bake good, you get a kitchenaid stand mixer. That's all there is to it. No fancy attachments come with. It's heavy and it mixes things just fine. They changed the bowl from the one my wife got at a garage sale many years ago, it's nicer and the handle feels smoother.

Works great! I have a 7 qt Pro Line KA mixer and needed something smaller. Was worried I wouldn't have near enough power after using the larger unit for so many years, but really like the size and manageability. Does a great job mixing, kneading, etc.

Excellent product. This is not my 1st stand mixer but it is my 1st Kitchen Aid one. I used it and made about 20 dozen cookies with it for the holidays and it performed above my expectations. The mixer itself is very sturdily built and is quite heavy to pick up.

A few years ago I got my wife a stand mixer. She'd always wanted one. Instead of "OMG I LOVE IT" her first words were "It's not a KitchenAid". I didn't know the difference, I thought a stand mixer was a stand mixer. The old one worked, it mixed things, everything was fine for a few years until my wife decided to get into baking bread. I thought that thing was going to explode, or shake itself off the counter, or both! Finally got her the KitchenAid she really always wanted, and MAN THE DIFFERENCE IS NIGHT AND DAY!! This thing is SOLID. It barely moves even on thick bread dough! It's construction is vastly superior to the other brand. The handle on the bowl, and the plastic shield are nice touches, but when we are talking about a $200 difference between the off brand and this, it really is the quality and construction that makes it worth it. Summery: Stand mixers are all basically the same, this does it's job no better or worse than the cheap brand, but the quality of the construction makes it worth the extra expense.

Christmas gift for a family member. They were very excited to receive it.

Bought this for my wife at Christmas time and although we have only used it a handful of times, we are VERY happy with this mixer! It works better than expected and feels like a high quality product. Easy to use, but a little pricey.

I purchased this model and it was delivered last week. I went to make bagels (using 3 1/2 cups of flour) and the machine stopped kneading. The motor runs but the attachments don’t spin. The locking mechanism did not work and kept popping up while mixing, and the lever to switch speeds was so tight and difficult to move. I had previously owned a KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer for 21 years and replaced it with this newer model. Unfortunately, it’s crap. Best Buy is sending out a new mixer. Hopefully the new mixer will work. Best Buy Customer Service was great!

Nice quality, easy to use. I like having a start kit of utensils.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. The Kitchen Aide mixer is the best in it's class. My previous stand mixer was not as sturdy as my new kitchen aide, I had to manually assist with turning the bowl while mixing ingredients. Very tiring when baking multiple items. The Kitchen Aide is hands free. Baking this holiday season was so much easier. I look forward to using the additional attachments.

My wife wanted this for her birthday and she loved it used it for thanksgiving dinner faster and better thank you.

This is my first stand mixer and I love it! I have made tons of cookies and brownies. I've even used it to mix hamburger meat. This weekend I'm going to try to make homemade dog treats. I am so glad I bought this! I also bought the flex edge beater and it really makes things easier when making cookies. (It should be a standard accessory that comes with unit!)

Good value, reliable brand, works well. And it was a nice color of blue. Replaced a similar model we have had for 25-30 years.

My Mom had one (lime green) that lasted for years, then she passed it on to my sister and I always wanted one of my own. I got it for my new kitchen and it's a joy to do so much with one appliance - lots of baking, etc. I love it. Now wonder why I waited so long! It's well worth the price. And every cook on TV has one so if you want to follow along you need to get one!!!

This is a high quality mixer that is awesome. The attachments that are offered to buy work very well with it. I bought the meat grinder and it was quick and easy to use. I recommend this mixer to anyone interested in getting a high quality mixer that will last for years.
