Kitchenade mixer spring
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this mixer for my wife for xmas. after I bought it , I discovered it use to come withb a spring and washer on the shaft to hold the mixer tool down where it needs to be. I called kitchenade about purchasing the spring and washer separately. Said they dont have it and it doesnt need it. Well , I can tell you from using ours , it DOES need the spring and washer. There is such a demand for the spring and washer , that Amazon sells them in a kit for 15 bucks. There are a lot of people ardering them , so dont tell me it doesnt need it. Beware of this mixer.

Great experience, Great product

Wife Loved It
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My wife loves to make cookies (for the kids of course) and she loves her mixer. She has said how many more cookies she can make with this mixer than with a hand mixer. she said her arm would get tired from holding other one for so long, but this one is excellent. I wish she would make more cake, but I'm not complaining! She has used all the attachments and wants to now get some of the extra ones, to try new things. Enjoy yours this is a great gift! (for everyone)
