very good ,i like this ,very important in the kitchen . specially for spices.

Does the job for everything. Coffee to seasonings...Waited for it to be on sale so I got it at a great price.

I tried many kinds of grinders but this is better than all the others, it's very good quality and easy to use, also easy to clean and small so it doesn't need a big space

Works great, individual stainless steel containers with separate lids are nice to have.

This works so great,coffee and spices grind to perfection.This came with 3 small stainless steel holders for spices and the one for coffee is bigger. I looked at multiple items like this and this one topped them all.So glad I bought this one. Also a very reasonable price. Love Best Buy.

This is ‘the’ best spice grinder that I have had in my kitchen over the past 20 some years. It is simple to clean without damaging the mechanism. There are 2 small and 1 large ‘containers’ to grind in, which is super convenient, and allows me to dedicate 1 of the small containers for my flax seeds only. I ordered it online for pick up in the store and the turnaround time was brilliant. As well when I went into the store to pick it up the customer service reps were awesome. I would definitely re-buy the same product and recommend it to friends.

The removable containers are a great idea, especially the one that's larger than average. Unfortunately, the execution needs improvement: 1) Powder escapes if you're doing a very fine grind, resulting in a mess and a less accurate measurement -- the covers should tightly snap shut; 2) There is too much texture in the containers, making it much harder to completely empty them. The stainless steel inside should be smooth, not brushed, and there shouldn't be any bumps or ridges; 3) Solids can easily get trapped under the blades. Fortunately I didn't burn out the engine, but the generated heat caused the turning mechanism to melt a bit, which makes for a bumpy grinding cycle; 4) Given it's shortcomings, it's just too expensive for the full price of $50. I hope they go back to the drawing board and make the necessary improvements. Meanwhile, I'd only recommend purchasing it if there's a substantial sale.

Base (motor) is good; however the containers to grind spices are made of thin stainless steel and always worried about denting them while inserting and removing. Easy to use and reasonably priced. Definitely not the best spice grinder in the market.

It was simple enough for me and that's all I needed. I only needed the coffee grinding function and would worry about spices at some later point. Once grinding, the device would stop after the appropriate grind had been met. It was perfect!!!

Got this grinder because I grabbed the wrong bag of coffee at the local Pick n Save Here and I actually grabbed some whole bean instead of the ground stuff. I figured, might as well get a grinder. The lady likes the kitchen aid stuff so there ya go. Got us a kitchen aid grinder. It’s fancy. Some spice bowls to grind up those home grown herbs you are growing due to the pandemic shortage and all.

Great little grinder. It works great and it allows me to use whole peppercorns, grains and even hard cheeses...to get natural fresh ingredients, instead of pre-ground. The star loss is because the lid sometimes comes off during a grind creating a big mess. So you mush limit the fill (or do what I do is apply duct tape to hold the lid on while grinding.)

I haven't tried the spice bowls yet but the coffee grinder works great. You can grind beans from very fine to coarse. I use a small brush to clean the parts after using, since the coffee dust tends to get into all the parts.

It's not just a coffee grinder but I like sewer! Life saver! One big grinder and two small grinders With shaker top ..what more can you ask for!! Highly recommend.. pls buy!! Kitchen aid is the best!!

This is our second grinder, after the first one gave up "3 years of household use". We purchased the same one again due to high quality. Customer service of kitchen aid is amazing. It is recommended for people who like to grind their own coffee beans or spices.. just be careful don't overload the unit. Small batches works the best.

It is an excellent grinder, even though we are still just beginning using it. It is innovative because it allows you to grind coffee and other things like seeds of spices in separate containers that can be washed. It eliminates flavor contamination.

I bought this after wanting it for over a year... I use it to grind up Nutmeg and cloves and other spices for my cooking, baking and canning needs! It's very easy to use and clean. Love the extra bowls

I liked this item on the website. I grind a lot of spices and thought that this will be helpful. But the item I received is at least somewhat defective. The biggest grinder is not milled/made properly and the plastic caps do not fit it. So, without a fitting cover spice spills as you grind. Also the big lid that goes on the top of the main machine does not sit very well on the machine. I am not sure if it is a design flaw or it is also defective. I still like this product since the grinding jars are washable. Also, all together you have 3 jars which is great for me. I will however, get an exchange for this. I tried to call Kitchen aid directly, to get a replacement jar (instead of the exchange process) but waited on phone for 40 minutes and then dropped the line.

Being an Indian who uses spice for her food on a daily basis, I was in search of the perfect coffee grinder though I use it to grind my spices. I absolutely love it.

Easy to use. Great for grinding spices. Easy to clean. I will recommend this product.
