This doesn't do as well as me using my hand mixer. I bake and cheesecake is my specialty. This mixer leaves batter lumpy and never fully integrates the bottom even when I stop and lift so I can scrape down the sides. I just seem to take even longer on a long process for subpar results. That's the only reason I bought it so maybe it does something beautifully.

However, Best Buy sent me a used and refurbished mixer. I was not happy about that. It was great but wish I didn't pay full price for a used one.

I had to stop it a few times & mix it by hand cause the mixer was heating up.
