    I have been wanting a Kitchenaid for years and finally bought one and it does not disappoint! It runs so smooth I have made so many new bread recipes and all turn out amazing thanks to the dough hook!

    My big thing is making my own pizza dough so the mixer is invaluable. If you get the model like this one, just be mindful of the amounts of the ingredients as most dough recipes that are geared for a stand mixer use about twice the ingredients that a mini can handle. Oh, it's powerful enough, there just isn't as much room in the bowl as the classic model. But once I make the adjustment, it's really great.
