I've bought KitchenAid Mixers for my kids and sister and they love them too. This is a great value. We haven't encountered any issues with the attachment pins or the blades, as I 've seen in other reviews. The only advice I'd suggest is to be aware of which great mixer you have when buying accessories. Some of the attachments are mixer specific.

Good, cleaning easy, size big, bowl small heavy

You may have to hold the machine head down a little bit because it may shake and then food started jumping out of the machinery. The blade is not sharp so I will need to buy another item. However cleaning is MUCH EASIER THAN my previous.
