This is Professional grade mixer. Be careful when mixing cakes because it has a tendency to be able to over beat it. Remember when it says medium it’s low for this mixer when it says hi it’s medium for this mixer. It is also a bit heavy so you might want to make space on your countertop for it.

I am obsessed with this! I've always wanted a stand mixer and finally pulled the trigger and got this one. I have a small kitchen and was worried it would take up too much space but it sits perfectly on my counter. I love to bake and made my first cake with this and boy did it make my life easier. I wish I could go back in time and buy it years ago. They're a bit pricey but it was so worth it. Glad it was on sale too!

What can you say about this appliance! It is amazing! I find myself baking all sorts of dishes...with ease! It has a heavy feel that takes you bake 100 years ago and makes you feel a connection to that era. Not only does it have a heavy feel, but the cold, metal sleekness let you know this will be the first and only unit you will need to buy. After reading tons of reviews, suggestions from friends, and my own experience...I know this unit will last. The peace of mind on quality goes a long way. It is so simple to use and clean as well, not to mention looks so great on the counter! Definitely suggest to spend the money and buy one!

I've made cinnamon rolls, mashed potatoes, and even Mexican homemade flour tortillas with my KitchenAid! It is seriously magic and makes cooking fun and easy. Its so much fun to use and super fast! Even cleaning up is easy :) I can't wait to try different recipes and purchase all the extra appliances offered to make pasta, juices, and ICE CREAM!!!

Good power, sturdy base, great mixer - no complaints

This is a fantastic mixer! My wife absolutely loves how easy it makes all of her baking.

My wife was searching for a similar device for almost a month when this came out under the black Friday at a very special price (it was so demanded that took almost 3 weeks to arrive at home). She loves it, on the first day she was so excited that makes cookies for her whole department at work, she mention that it is very powerful and useful (normally she would take over 90 mins to get everything mixed but with the Mixer just took few minutes. I definitively recommend this product if you are into the kitchen devices and if it comes in a good price what a better deal.

Pretty good mixer for beginners. Its sized perfectly for a family, little small if you're baking for a party and want to double batches. The tilt lock mechanism could use a little attention from the engineers. Overall it's been great as I learned to bake.

Love this kitchen aid! It is sturdy and smooth, classic look! Runs great everytime, easy to clean, fun to use. Lots of attachments available. I keep it on my counter because it is so beautiful, it fits my decor and a definite conversation piece.

My mom has been wanting this Kitchenaid stand mixer for a while now. I finally saved up and bought it for her for the holidays. She loves it. It’s very heavy - around 25lbs - but it’s solidly made so it won’t move around much when operating. I bought her the additional metal meat grinder attachment and it saves her a lot of time and hard work in the kitchen. I highly recommend it.

My old kitchen aid stand mixer was over 30 years old and the speed slowed down tremendously. I purchased this kitchen aid mixer to replace my old one. I am not sure about this mixer yet because it is really loud compared to my old one. I plugged it in to see what speed it had and noticed it was extremely loud. I will be making cookies this weekend and hopefully the loud noice disappears.

I love my mixer. I have arthritis in my hands so it's hard to mix with a hand mixer now. I wouldn't trade it for anything. The only thing I would change is the weight for it. It is extremely heavy, so I have to leave it on the counter when not in use.
