The knobs on the front are super sensitve to touch. They ignite with minimal touch. On more than one occasion these burners have ignited causing near miss. Also the stainless scratches with use of a sponge . Its happened again today so i am contacting company.

Malfunctioning burner, Poor customer service

I would not recommend purchasing Kitchen aid Cooktops in US.

Another COVID casualty

Now I am being told that they don't know when I will get it. And, no one from Pacific Sales bothered to tell me the date had changed. Poor form.
