    Having this hand mixer has been really useful for a number of recipes. This was the first I've had like this, and learned you want whatever you are mixing to have a good amount of liquid. I tried using this when making mashed cauliflower after boiling the cauliflower and it couldn't mix well. But with shakes and soups it's been great. It's a time saver when it fits the job.

    If you don’t have an immersion blender, this is a great one to get. Excellent product. If it were cordless it would be much more convenient but it’s not a problem for me.

    I like how the blender works and it does make a great consistency for vinaigrettes. The speed preference was a bit confusing given if varies per the pressure placed but all in all ease of use and cleaning are simple.
