    Purchased primarily as a replacement for a Cuisinart retro stand milk shake mixer that was well utilized. Wife loves the speed and efficiency of this and the fact that is easily maintained and stored. No cords attached, bueno! The hand mixer has yet to be used for anything other than milk shakes but I anticipate we'll experiement in the upcoming months.

    A really nice tool. The power switches take a bit of practice as you need to hold one switch while finessing the variable speed switch. All this with one hand. I like that the unit comes apart to clean the blade end. And it has power to spare. A good purchase!

    Love that it's stainless steel and tht it has a lot of power. Used it for soups and spaghetti sauce and so far so good.I especially love that I don't need to transfer to a blender; I just use this tool and all set.

    I got into a soup kick and I bought this immersion blender for it. It made my life easier and I have been experimenting many kinds of soups. Surprisingly they all came out delicious. I was worried that the charge wouldn’t last long. But it does.

    This little thing makes quick work of blending up my hot fruit sauces when I’m canning fruit butters. Love this thing. Comes apart easily and cleans up easily.
