Excellent purchase. Very user friendly and looks great on my counter

I had been researching countertop ovens for months. I read about many brands and read many reviews. I decided to purchase The KitchenAid KCO124 and I am really pleased with this oven. I use this practically every day and have tried all the functions. This is easy to use and clean.

I spent a LOT of time researching options. Toaster air fryers/toaster ovens are SO LARGE. We didn't want a monstrosity on our counter. Plus with the 'bubble' in the back, it meant we could corner the unit and save that space. Overall we really like this toaster - the only issue is when trying to bake something with a lot of mass, like a meat loaf in a bread pan, it can't get up to set temperature. Said 350 but was only getting to 275 or so. Had to adjust the temp up to compensate. Took 1-1/2 vs 30min in over. But for cookies and the like it's great!

This my first time purchasing an air fryer. I tried this product three times and it was ok. The toaster function worked well but I am not pleased with the air fryer. I had to cook the food much longer than instructed and it doesn't cook the food as well as the other air fried foods that I have tasted. The size height and width is perfect and it is very quite. But I'm not happy with the product. Will be returning.

Best looking air fryer oven by far. Good quality materials, worked for the past month flawlessly.

I love this product, the multiple functions of air fryer, convection oven, oven, toaster oven, dehydrator and warmer make this product very versatile and eliminates the need for multiple appliances. I use this product multiple times a week for cooking smaller portions for two instead of using my oven. It’s more convenient, quicker cook time, easily cleans up and much more practical for cooking smaller portions.

this little oven rocks. My wife loves the older air fryer but did not like the basket types. this oven allows us to fry more items and have more room. I reheated pizza in it and it was better then when I got it from the store. This is now our main cooking system.

I’m very pleased with this appliance. It is easy to use and has many more functions than my previous toaster oven/air fryer model. I especially like the bagel setting. For toasting any kind of bread I don’t have to guess how long to set it—the Kitchen Aid makes perfect toast the first time.

Works great! Air fry a whole meal at one tine. Cleans easy and takes up no more room then a broiler.

I love this air fryer! It does everything it claims to do and more. I was leary of ever purchasing any such oven as this but I’m so glad I did . . . You won’t go wrong on this purchase!

We really like this countertop oven. It is not as large and complex as some others on the market. But, it heats up quickly and is perfect for heating up small items while you are cooking or prepping something away from the oven. I find that I am using this instead of firing up our Viking gas range. I like the simple analog dial control over having to punch times and temps into a control pad. Controls are well designed.

This Toaster Oven/Air Fryer from KitchenAid works wonderfully, easy to understand controls, lots of versatility and very power efficient versus a full size oven. Provided accessory pans and basket are high quality and are large enough to make a full size meal.

Compact. East to use. Cooks well and has multi functions.

This thing is great! We use it almost every day, its good quality and easy to use!

This little oven does everything, and does it well! I haven't used all the functions yet, but the air fryer is my favorite. Reheated foods taste a lot better than a microwave, and aren't soggy. The only "con" is not knowing what each shade setting for toast and bagels will do. I've burnt a couple of pieces on 5, but 3-4 are a pretty sweet spot. I'm really looking forward to trying the dehydrator function.

This a a great multi use appliance. I was able to save counter space by not having a separate toaster oven and air fryer. It is easy to use and the air fryer basket is large and allows to spread out items to cook better. I followed others’ advice and lined the bottom of the oven with aluminum foil to make keeping it clean easier.
