The thecnical service told me it was because “overheating”, but I am sure that it wasn’t. They say that the processor cannot be much time Turned on. Why tha manual user doesnt recommend about the time, if it is a critical factor for damage. How is much time? 2 minutes. Terrible. I won’t buy Kitchenaid anymore. Another issue, I bought the processor abroad, and they don’t gave me the warranty. This is an international brand, so, I think the warranty should be covered abroad.

Easy Open, easy use!
