I had no trouble at all on the lowest speed mixing in flour without getting covered in it. I have not used it for stiff doughs, I have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer that I love for that.

Great Lil Mixer for quick tasks

Got this for a gift and they both love it. it very handed for small jobs and easy to use. The electronic controls were initially confusing but they both got the hang of it together.

He likes the portability of this kitchen tool as we also have the regular stand up KitchenAid . Easy to clean and easy to use. Whoo hoo more bake goods for me!!

The different speed options and accessories are great use it all the time and have not had a problem with it since. Not to mention matches the rest of my appliances in my kitchen
