Cannot believe how light this is.

I already own a KitchenAid Stand Mixer but don't always feel like pulling it out since it's so heavy. I was surprised by how heavy duty yet light this hand mixer is. I love it!

Our old hand mixer started on such a high speed. The beaters had to be completely submerged or the bowl contents would fly all over!!! This mixer starts slowly so liquids and dry ingredients can mix without making a mess!

I chose the Kitchen Aid brand because you really can't go wrong. I was very pleased with this and would totally recommend it.

When starting out to mix something at low power, the mixer will slowly mix ingredients and keep ingredients in the bowl. High speed with special beater will whip up egg whites to a soft foam for a meringue.

Haven’t tried it for more dense breads. This is one of my favorite choices when gifting to newlyweds.

The speeds are easily accessed and I especially like the beater options. It keeps us from getting out the big mixer with the heavy base when just making one item that needs a good beating or mixing.
