    The mixer is great. I wish it had a compartment for cord storage. That would make it so much more user friendly. No one likes cords hanging with no place to put them.

    My 25-year-old GE hand mixer finally failed (yay!) so I could justify a new one. I never really liked the old one because the low speed was too fast & it was heavy. This new Kitchenaid is just wonderful: light, easy to adjust, excellent starting speed, with enough power to handle cookie dough. Not sure I’d ever use the smoothie attachment, but since I have it now, maybe I’ll have to give it a try. The other attachments will be handy. (My old one had these, too.)

    I got mine several years ago as a christmas gift, I was never so excited. 9 speeds of hand mixer and I can not say enough about it. I love it and would not part with it it has made making everything so easy and fast. Mine is Silver.

    This is an amazing hand mixer. I got the black one to go with my black Professional series 600 stand mixer. When I tried, my cooking chore got done in less than a minute. I am immensely happy with the purchace and the Best Buy Representative was very helpful and he gave me 20% discount. I do cook a lot and I intend to use it to its full potential. I am never ever disappointed with Kitchen Aid products,be it pans & pots or appliances. Thank you Kitchen Aid
