Can’t argue with the knife quaity

Never liked the weight (too little), I will diss the block on this, as with a lot of other reviews here and elsewhere, the sharpener is way out of alignment. Because it’s useless, I’m docking a star. This was a key feature I wanted, so I hope to get this resolved. Beyond that, the weight and sharpness of these knives imho are unmatched in the ~$80 range. Even with a faulty sharpener, I will be keeping these. That is not to say I won’t be contacting Kitchenaid support to see if they’ll replace the block! Great set for $80, period.
